I had my first appointment with Dr. Chan about a year ago when i had a tooth emergency, i was a new patient and did not have insurance at the time. Dr, Chan was kind enough to see me within a few days of my call and fixed my tooth. She gave me a great price and was the best experience i ever had with a dentist. After almost a year and with insurance i went back to Dr. Chan because i know i can trust her and her staff that are always welcoming and caring. I thought the service could not get better, but it did, I have recommended Dr. Chan since the first time i went to see her and i will continue to do so. It has been a great experience to be a patient at her practice.

as usual, the staff & Dr.Chan always provide the best service and advice. We have been coming to them from the onset and they never disappoint us. They must doing something right!!!!! Norm & Ada Sui Dr. Chan & her staff provided us the best service possible when we went for our appt on Thurs 5/18'/17. They are truly a professional team, straight from our hearts!!!!!

Dr . Chan and staff were wonderful when I came in and got my teeth cleaned. It was quick and easy!! Even gave me a nice mug when I left the office, highly recommend them to anyone in the City!!!

My family and I have been longtime patients of Dr. Chan and have always received the best of quality care from her. Dr. Chan is very caring, knowledgeable, sincere, and gentle. I am not the one who likes to go to the dentist, and I am particularly scare of needle. However, I must say that in Dr. Chan's hands, the procedures were painless. The office is nicely decorated and the waiting room is very cozy and has a wall-hanging fountain. The sound of the flowing water and the background music make one very relaxing. The treatment rooms are very modern and equipped with digital X-ray, and Dr. Chan will explain to me the diagnosis and treatment option on-the-fly. The dental chairs are also very comfortable. The assistants are friendly and the front desk is courteous and helpful. Our family very much appreciates Dr. Chan's excellent care and commitment to keeping our teeth in great shape.

Dr. Chan is the best! She takes the time to talk to me and explain exactly what is going on before doing any work. You can really tell that she cares about her patients, which seems to be rare among the dentists I've seen. It's also fantastic that she speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin because I can bring my parents in to her office without worrying about having to translate. I'm sure that many other Chinese-Americans can relate. I recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone seeking professional, gentle, and personalized dental care.

Dr. Chan is extremely skilled from a technical standpoint, but her compassion and sensitivity truly set her apart from her peers. I would not hesitate to send those closest to m to Dr. Chan.
