My experience at Ivory Dental was excellent. They clearly explain everything and they are polite and professional. Dr Patel and the dental assistant Paola were both wonderful. I highly recommend.

All staff was nice, attentive, and truthful in a great way. I like them so far and when the payment came they explained everything to me due to my insurance. I had a consultation and they were truthful without judgement or feeling any judgement. I will be back and will be paying my portion to get my teeth fixed

Was scheduled go 6/24/2022 if I didn't go to oral surgeon I went office closed left voicemails an nothing I get a call from his other office so I asked for my X-rays lady took information wrong I give her my accurate info that she put down wrong to tell me X-rays ain't sending an they can't get a hold of Mr Patel customer service was awesome at time I went to office . All this I'm going through unnecessary all I need a copy my X-rays go to the oral surgeon he referred me too that can't even get a hold of anyone in that office

I had a great experience with Ivory Dental the Dentist and staff are very knowledgeable, but beware of the young lady that sits at the front desk that puts the insurance claims through she is a liar if you ever wonder why it may take so long to get approval from your insurance it's because she probably didn't file for authorization and then she will lie right in your face and act like she has know idea what your talking about and will attempt to dismiss you because she didn't have breakfast. People like her should not have jobs, they want to get paid but they don't want to work. She will lie on the phone and in your face. It's very unfortunate when people don't tell the truth and have know idea who they may be talking to. I would give Ivory Dental five stars, but Miss Lady messed that up.Two stars for you Ivory Dental your front desk girl needs training in customer service, moral and ethical conduct. Better yet just get rid of her.

I was in excruciating pain... Frantically looking for an emergency dentist .. called a few scammers that wouldn't take my insurance only wanted cash ... happened upon Ivory Dental on Sunday morning .. they were very nice on the phone , told me that my carrier was one that they had weekend access to for verification and made me a same day appointment ... got there the young lady at the front was amazing , the dental hygienist was even more amazing ..( hate i don't remember their names) they made me Comfortable.... doctor was the best , no pain during or after ... I HIGHLY recommend them .... thanks Dr.Jun

This place is overpriced ! They Don't really care for customer services nor if they care if the customer come back or not!

beware, they don't take peach state Medicaid. I was told they did over the phone by their receptionist, so I went in two days later with an appointment. Gave them my insurance and license along with filled out new patient forms at the front desk. They sat me down and evaluated my tooth, which has been in unbearable pain. They then told me it needs to be pulled- I said that's okay. They come back in the room about 15 minutes later saying that they don't take my insurance and had me pay $70. I am a single mom of two. I was really happy to find somewhere where it was open on weekends and that makes appointments fast. But during this appointment I paid for a mistake made on their behalf.

This place deserves 10 Stars Plus. Open on Sunday, extremely clean, pleasant environment. Professional staff and excellent prices!!! The Dentist was as gentle as she could be. This will be my new dentist going forward. No surprises you are told every little step. I have had my fair share of dental work and I loved my dentist in the past but they are now 800 miles away. This dentist was absolutely my most favorite. My children will be changing to her also.

I'm like everyone else... I hate going to the dentist! But I have to admit, Ivory Dental gave me an excellent experience with a great price. All their equipment is new, and the sweet yet professional staff was able to make my visits as pain free as possible! I highly recommend this dentistry (and this is coming from one who hates the dentist).

I made an appointment with Ivory Dental. When I went for my appointment, I was told that the dentist was not there. The lady looked surprised that I even showed up. All she said was the dentist had a meeting somewhere else. She suggested I come back later that day to see if the dentist was there.
