A native of Las Vegas, Nevada, hechose to join the oral healthcare field because of his own experience as a patient. Undergoing orthodontic treatment as a teen had a significant impact on his smile, his confidence, and his oral health. It was one of the best gifts his parents gave him, and he wanted to be able to provide that same gift to others.
Dr. Iverson strives to stay current on the latest developments, findings, and treatment modalities for patients. This helps to make treatment efficient, and helps ensure ideal timing and treatment to meet each patients individual needs.
Dr. Iverson enjoys giving back to his community by volunteering with local youth groups and organizations. He currently serves as a troop scoutmaster with the Boy Scouts of America and is also active in his church.
In his spare time, Dr. Iverson enjoys traveling, camping, surfing, exercising, snowboarding, and watching movies. He lived in Bolivia for two years during his undergraduate years and is fluent in Spanish. In recent years, Dr. Iverson has developed an interest in studying languages and is currently working on Italian, French and Portuguese. He also loves spending time with his family. Dr. Iverson has been married to his wife Tammy for 29 years, and together they have raised one daughter and three sons. He hopes one of his children will someday choose to become an orthodontist so that they can work together.
Dr. Mona Wahab is a native of Northern Virginia, growing up in McLean. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree as well as her post-doctoral training in orthodontics from Howard University College of Dentistry. She was among the top students in her class, receiving a number of awards and distinctions throughout her years of study there. Before that, Dr. Wahab completed her Bachelors degree in Neuroscience with honors from the College of William and Mary.
Dr. Wahab is a board-certified orthodontist, also known as a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. Becoming board certified signifies the orthodontists pursuit of continued proficiency and excellence in orthodontics. She is Invisalign certified and has received extensive training in treating crowding, cross-bites, skeletal jaw discrepancies, and other orthodontic malocclusions.
Dr. Wahab loves her profession and her favorite part of being an orthodontist is seeing the joy in her patients faces when unveiling their smiles at the end of their treatment. When not working on beautiful smiles for her patients, Dr. Wahab enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and their two boys.

Christys role as our insurance coordinator involves verifying insurance benefits, submitting and auditing claims, posting payments and following up with insurance company to make sure we are maximizing benefits for our patients. On occasion, Christy can be found assisting in the clinic working with the TCs as a Records Tech.
I love interacting with our patients and their families. There are always so many great conversations! I love working with Dr. Wahab and Dr. Iverson because they put their patients first and they also make sure their staff is taken care of. I had first-hand experience as a former patient!
Originally from Chicago, Dallas is an Army Veteran. She shares her life with her two dogs, Moe and Princess. She loves to workout, dance, and hangout with family and friends. If shes not at the gym, shes probably eating tacos somewhere.
Beyond the office, Diana enjoys time with her husband, two children, and friends. She loves going to the beach or pool, listening to music, watching movies, playing tennis, and shopping with her daughter.
Esther is the mother of two teenagers and they have one cat. She loves to spend time with family and friends. Esther loves to laugh and her beautiful loud boisterous laugh is what her colleagues love about her as well.
I enjoy working with a great team and amazing doctors. Dr Iverson is the kindest and fairest boss a girl can ask for. Our office is filled with a group of people who genuinely enjoy what theyre doing. The environment is lively and fun, making for an awesome experience for our incredible patients!
Fereshta handles a wide range of duties to ensure growth and productivity of the practice. She supports the doctors in various capacities. Her main focus is working with team members by instilling a spirit of continuous improvement and teamwork. She communicates regularly with the staff and coordinates the implementation of office policies. Her goal is to maintains a harmonious flow of business for the practice.
Fereshta comes from a large family based here in Virginia. Most of her time away from work is spent at family functions. She is mom to two teenage sons that keep her on her toes. She is a very hands-on mother and the number 1 advocate for her younger son who has Autism Spectrum Disorder. When possible, she occasionally works as an educational advocate for families with special needs children like her own. Fereshta says her children and husband are her first priority in life.
Hannahs role as an orthodontic assistant includes walking patients through procedures, changing patients wires, scanning with the iTero for clear aligner therapy, and much more. She also assists the doctor during laser procedures, putting braces on, and taking them off.
In dentistry, when you improve a persons smile, you not only change their teeth, you change their life. I take pride and enjoy being an intricate part of each patients transformational experience and journey. Dr. Iverson and Dr. Wahab care about each member of the team as people not just employees.
Kenisha received her certification as a Chairside Dental Assistant May 2000. She graduated with honors from the Applied Career Training Technical School and then went on to earn certifications as a Dental Radiation Technologist and Expanded Functions Dental Assistant.
I love watching patients smiles transform and seeing the happiness/confidence they build overtime. The excitement that some patients bring on deband day feels like almost the biggest reward of the job.
Sarah spends most of her working day in our on-site lab. She prints 3D models and creates appliances and retainers. When needed, she also provides patient care and assists the doctors with procedures.
I enjoy working with a great fun team, who genuinely care about their patients. I love watching the relationships between the staff and the patients. One of the best parts of my job is passing out fresh baked cookies to our wonderful patients and watching how much they enjoy it!
My favorite part of my job would be seeing the transition of our patients smile! We see a wide range of patients and it never gets old. A bright smile makes my day. I love my doctors because they are great people which makes them even greater doctors in my opinion. They truly care about our patients. My doctors are genuine and two of the best I ever worked with.
Beyond the office, Tinas very family-focused. She and her husband have two young daughters, Gianna and Mia, and a dog named Zeke. She loves being around her family, staying active, cooking, and exploring with her husband kids.
