At Itsy Bitsy Dental, our goal is to have your children feel happy about coming to the dentist and teach you as well as them how to take care of their teeth. Your child has unique needs, and our office offers a state of the art technology that helps us meet those needs. As soon as you walk in, you will meet our friendly staff who will make your child feel comfortable.
We focus on prevention of tooth decay, and early detection and treatment of dental diseases. Our office stays up to date with the latest advances in dentistry, so that your child can receive the best treatment. Establishing a dental home routine will provide you with the tools to maintain good oral health that will keep your child free from tooth decay.
Dr. Pam has been chosen by children and parents as New Jerseys favorite kids doctor (NJ Family) in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. She was also named as Top Dentist in New Jersey Monthly for years 2018, 2019 and 2020.
Dr. Pam did her undergraduate training at Rutgers University, New Brunswick Campus. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine (previously known as UMDNJ). She pursued her General Practice Residency training at Mountainside Hospital, Montclair and Interfaith Medical Center, Brooklyn.
Dr. Pams love towards children and growing passion for pediatric dental care lead her to pursue the specialty program in Pediatric Dentistry. She completed her pediatric dental residency, as Chief Resident at Interfaith Medical Center. Dr. Pam served as a role model to other dental residents via clinical judgment and patient management skills.
Dr. Pam served as a Pediatric Dentist at the Interfaith Medical Center where she was a mentor to new dentists. She directly supervised the dental residents and participated in quality assurance and continuous quality improvement programs.
Dr. Pam is currently the Section Chief for Pediatric Dental program at Hackensack UMC Mountainside Hospital. Among other duties, she is responsible for managing dental residents and recommends pediatric dental program improvements.
Dr. Pam has extensive experience treating young children and adolescents, including those with special needs. She provides high standards of dental care and strives for all of her young patients to have a positive and stress-free experience.
Dr. Pam is multilingual with fluency in Spanish and French and has the ability to communicate with her patients in their native languages. Dr. Pam is a mother to two young children and is committed to treating each of her patients as her own. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids in the outdoors.
Rebeca graduated with Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems. She holds a Masters degree in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting. Rebeca is a Registered Dental Assistant and licensed in Dental Radiography in the state of New Jersey.
Rebeca has been involved with the NJ American Academy of Pediatrics Oral Health Division and NJDA for creating a coalition between pediatricians and dentists to focus on early prevention and ensuring the assignment of a dental home to children.

Itsy Bitsy Dental has amazing customer service. My toddler had a dental emergency and we wanted to bring him in ASAP. They had no appointments and were actually just at closing but Carly went beyond to assist in our situation. We sent photos and she was able to give us great advice that sustained us through the night until our appointment the following day. Very friendly and excellent, quick communication! I'd definitely recommend!

This was my 3 year old first time at the dentist and he was excited to go from the start. The dentist and dental assistants as well as the receptionists were all so kind and made the experience very enjoyable! He loved his visit and I would 100% recommend itsy bitsy dental for any child!

I just moved to the area from Boston so was in search of a good pediatric dentist for my two kids I did my research and brought them here to Dr. Pam and I was definitely nervous bringing them and also both at the same time plus my six month old baby to my surprise the experience couldn't have gone any smoother Thes staff was so kind and helpful and accommodating and so sweet with my kids even my son who has some behavioral issues was so well behaved and sat down for the entire cleaning thanks again and can't wait to return in six months for the next cleaning

Per my husband, "the experience was very positive and upbeat". The staff made our 3 year old really comfortable and were patient with her throughout the process. She came home all smiles and was very excited about the visit. All thumbs up for Itsy bitsy!!

I was recommended to this place for my daughter's and I am still in awe of the high quality of this dentist office. My daughter had high anxiety for dentist and has had to have oral surgery so she was not looking forward to her visit but when I say she left here loving this place, I still can't believe it. It is such a kid friendly and welcoming location. They truly recognize your children.

What a kind, patient, thoughtful Dentist office! A pleasure to go to a place like this with my 5 yr old. Was such an easy experience and it was her first time getting x rays. Would highly recommend especially for people with more sensitive kids who may be fearful of dentist offices!

In this time of Covid it's always nerve-wracking to go somewhere new. But even with my crazy 3 year old twinners.... we felt safe and taken care of, and really appreciated that they staggered entry times so no one was in waiting room. Everyone (from the receptionists, to the assistants, to the hygienists, and to Dr. Pam ) was warm and friendly and smiling -yes you can tell under masks and face shields- and you can tell they love their job. This was the first time my kids had seen a dentist ever and it was smooth and tailored to their needs. I have already booked our next visit and cannot recommend this office highly enough.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Pam and the whole staff is so helpful be it on call or in person appearance. I could not get my baby treated for her baby root canal anywhere else but with Dr. Pam. Also the follow up from their side after the treatment is highly appreciating. I would highly recommend itsy bitsy to all the kids.
