For Dr. Max, "like pulling teeth" means fast and painless. Dude's a modest master. Managed to numb me and pull three teeth within forty minutes. A+ would have a bad day here again.

I've been a patient here for almost two years now, and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else! Beth and the entire team have your best interest top of mind and will do whatever it takes for all patients to achieve optimal dental health. To date I've had two wisdom teeth pulled (both painless experiences and easy recoveries); lip ties removed (another easy experience); and plenty of periodontal cleanings. My mouth has never been healthier! I highly recommend Ithaca Dentistry to anyone in the area, especially those who might be reluctant to visit the dentist or have been putting off appointments.

I started going to Ithaca Dentistry when my Dentist joined the practice before retiring. The transition went smooth. Dr Billiot and Beth (hygienist) have been great do deal with and provide top notch care!

The office is clean and equipment state of the art. My hygienist was kind and gentle and used to be massage therapist. The doctor was knowledgeable and compassionate. I never thought I'd have a great experience at a dental office but I did.

Dr. Billiot ref. me and my sick tooth to a wonderful endo. Painless and gentle in both offices. A root canal is never fun but Dr. Billiot work is flawless. I can not wait to treat myself to a whitening treatment. The office is always advancing and I put my trust in them to preserve and care for me and my familys smiles. TY Dr! The crown is beautiful.

I was jerked around by so many doctors and orthodontists about my sons tongue tie; finally came here. The procedure was quick and painless, the staff were all really nice and he got a popsicle at the end of it! Best doctors appointment I've ever been to! 100% recommend to anyone with any doubts about their kids tongue/lip ties

Great local dentist! Very professional, reasonable pricing, and clear communication about both pricing and dental medicine more generally.

I went to Dr. Billiot for an oral device for my sleep apnea. I had improved enough that I didn't need my machine but my insurance wouldn't approve a device andI couldn't pay the $6900 out of pocket another dentist was charging. Dr. Billiot made my device for MUCH LESS ($1500) and it has changed my sleep so much. The process was easy. She took molds of my mouth, and 3 weeks later I got fitted for the appliance. It took a while to get used to and they were very helpful with the adjustments I needed to make it comfortable. My jaw hurt initially but Dr. Billiot helped make that stop. She also included some wax to cover the joints of the device and it works well. I'm thrilled with Dr. Billiot for regular are, but this service has been fantastic. The staff called to check on my that first week and helped get me back in for a fit. I can't thank them enough!

My dental hygienist Beth has been amazing for the past 5 years! Dr Billiot was also very good helping me figure out dental aligners!

Excellent service! I went in for an extraction of an infected tooth. They were friendly and helpful. I'm disabled and there is a ramp in the back of the building. The door says Please use front entrance, but that is for able bodied people. They welcomed me in the back and straight into the chair. The halls are narrow and my rolator just fit. They did their best to mitigate the pain of the procedure with a topical anesthetic before 3 shots of novocaine. It still hurt a bit, but they were pulling a tooth out of my jaw. It was all over quickly. My jaw is healing with no complications. Five out of five I would go here again.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Poor and painful dental work followed by dropping our insurance. Refused care to an exsisting patient and yet I continue to receive emails about cleanings for me and my family, which I was up to date on and paid out of pocket. When I called for a dental emergency on a tooth that they repaired in 2020 they refused to see me. For the record I had just been in May 2021 for a cleaning and x-rays. I explained I was able and willing to pay cash at the time of service and they refused me in dental crisis. Terrible doctors such a downturn in quality since these new doctors/owners took it over several years ago. I loved the staff from the previous owner, Marie was a great hygenist but will never darken their doorway again. Heartless crooks!

Finally a dentist that operates in the 21st century, with optimal cleanliness and modern equipment. Coupled with incredibly nice and talented people I no longer dread going to the dentist it's now just a routine function of life and not a painful trip down memory lane.

My dentist (who we LOVED), Dr. Bonaparte, recently moved and I guess joined this practice? At our previous appointments in July (at the old place) we scheduled appointments for cleanings for December. Late summer we got a nice letter about relocation. Last week THEY asked us to reschedule for an 8 AM this morning, we agreed . . . when we arrived they said we owed money and refused to continue with the appointment. I have super expensive, super comprehensive insurance, so I do doubt the accuracy of that number, regardless, I should have gotten a bill between July and December, and at the very least shouldn't have been rescheduled last week (as per their request!) with NO MENTION of any billing issues. My partner was the one with the appointment, so he was physically at the office- when I called I had to try 3 times to get through, seemed like they were having tech issues I kept getting beeps and tones instead of a person. The woman I finally spoke with was rude, completely unhelpful, and filled with sighs and statements like "as I explained to him" and "I have no control over." Mistakes happen, particularly during transitions and I get that- but what happened to customer service? I am hopeful we can get in touch with someone we knew from the original office - we had such an amazing experience with them. If not, we will be finding a new dentist.

Very frustrating to deal with as far as billing insurance and receiving requested documents. They don't bill insurance company so we had to pay up front for 2 fairly expensive procedures. We have asked TWICE now over a 6 week period for attending dentist statements so that WE can send to insurance company to get our reimbursement and have yet to receive them. Have also requested release paperwork so that husband can switch to my dentist at Ridge Road Dental (who by the way is wonderful!) and have yet to receive that as well. Seems as though all they care about is getting their money and as long as they have that, who cares about the patient.

Switched dentists as Dr Billiot took over Dr Bonaparte's practice. I LOVE going to the dentist and this is a great practice. Friendly assistants and hygienists. I love Beth. Dr Billiot is super friendly and explains everything in detail. She's very careful and thorough. It's easy to get to from work and usually there's parking in the back. If not, there are usually a couple of spots out front (for a fee). Dr Billiot offers mini implants which are way less invasive and quicker to heal than traditional dental implants if needed.

I called to make a appointment for four year old son and my call never left the desk. After the hello the receptionist first response to me was hello yes we require payment up front and requested my credit card number. In my response to her statement i was confused about how would you know what to charge for whats needed done. Thought dental insurance covers. Ive heard of copay but not reimbursement from my insurance
