Had a crown made and thrilled that they have the tech to make it on site, and finish up in one day. Very caring office staff.

Hello, Thank you so much for accepting me a s a new a patience. When she (sorry about her name?) said she would be gentle and she absolutely was. I do not like the dentist but you made me feel at ease. I am looking forward to my next visit...I do not say that often....Thank you so much for talking with me and making me comfortable.

I had an abscess from an infected root canal and they squeezed me in the day-of to x-ray (while being short-staffed). I still received exceptional service and felt very peaceful there. Dental assistants were very pleasant and knowledgable. I get a ton of anxiety from dental visits and often get ashamed of how bad my teeth are but they really made me feel comfortable and were nonjudgemental.

Love the staff and the fact that they are always on time. Also, the Novocain from my procedure was worn off by the time I got home and no pain...so much better than past experiences at other dental offices.

I really appreciated the information given to me about caring for my implants. This visit was great just like the last visit last August. Everyone is very caring and helpful. I would recommend your services to anyone. 5/3/22 No edit needed. My visit today was nice and everyone was very help Today's I had a problem and it was fixed. Your staff is wonderful as always.

The dentist didnt speak to myself or my husband during our very 1st appointment. She spoke over us to the assistant and made a oral care plan regarding fillings etc w/o either of our input! Well not be going back. Very weird brusc bedside manner, cold and uncaring

First time visit after leaving previous dentist. So glad this one will allow me to have gas during fillings. Previous discontinued that option and will anxiety need this so much.

Dr. Italiane and her staff are wonderful! I just had 3 fillings. I'm not fond of dental work, but the hygienist made sure I was comfortable and Dr. Italiane made it as easy as possible. You know they care about your well-being here. I highly recommend this dentist!

I had the pleasure of having my cleaning with Alicia today. I am so pleased with how thoroughly she cleaned my teeth. This might just have been the most thorough cleaning I've ever had. Also, she is very personable which really put me at ease as I have hypersensitive teeth. Highly recommended!

New to RI and was pleased that Dr. Italiane would accept new patients. So much easier that my continued search for a primary doctor. Friendly, helpful staff who wanted to be certain that I was comfortable with cleaning procedures. Staff told me what to expect prior to beginning. I would recommend this practice!

I'm a new patient that was having a dental issue that needed attention sooner than later. They were able to get me in for an appointment in just a few days. I also knew that I had follow up work to be done & so far I've been 4 times in just a few weeks. Service is great, all the staff is wonderful and have no issues taking the time to explain things to you, the entire office is clean, warm & inviting, and so far all my appointments have occurred on time. PS...the photography found throughout is wonderful to look at....along with the squirrel feeders!!

New to the area and glad to have found this office. All are very professional. A standout: Ashley is the best hygienist I've ever had. Some are too gentle and you aren't sure the job is getting done, some are too rough and you wonder if it is punishment for forgetting floss that one time. She's perfect! Painless and thorough. Thanks!
