I had been looking for a good dentist for my children for two years and I finally found it. They are very kind people at the reception and the doctors and the doctor who treated my son. I hope to continue having these friendly experiences with my children's dentists.

I could not be more pleased with our first visit here! Kayla cleaned my 4 year olds teeth and was so patient and kind with him (it being his first time to the dentist)! She happily explained to him the process and showed him her tools. He wasn't scared at all! Will definitely be back!!

I just think I waited on the dentist to come to long. I have been to other dentist office have never experienced that not even for myself or my five year old.

Our family loves Dr Horton and her staff so much. Going to their office for cleanings and now orthodontic care is a delight and my kids feel totally at ease there. Highly recommend. My child got braces today and the entire staff including Dr. P made it a wonderful experience. She felt comfortable and they explained everything to us so well.

Brought my son in for his very first visit (he's one) and it was quick & painless! If you have a little one, getting them used to things like this can be scary but the staff were super nice, friendly, and answered any questions I had!

Issaqueena is a great pediatric dentistry to take your kids. My Son is in Ortho with Dr P and she is so kind and listens to your concerns. Evey team member from the front desk to the hygienist are all so caring and really go above and beyond to make every child's dental experience phenomenal! I will be referring everyone looking for a pediatric dentist you can not go wrong with Issaqueena they are truly the best of the best!

Poor treatment of family/child. The dentist was not available for treatment or to make sure the patient was ok. Excuse given was that the dentist has laryngitis. Receptionist was rude and condescending. Dentist never called patient nor parent even after calls of concern. Office manager finally called back and made no attempt to address our concerns.

Dr. Horton and the entire staff that assisted us were outstanding with our special needs daughter. They were very informative and caring. Would definitely recommend this office to any with young children and especially special needs individuals!

It was our first time at Issaqueena. We were greeted by a nice receptionist, the waiting area was wonderful. We didn't have to wait long & our hygienist and Dr. Horton were both great with my little girl! My daughter (2) did amazing and cried when we had to leave!

I switched my 4 year old daughter here after moving from Anderson. We went in and I was told she would be sedated for 2 fillings. I asked if she would be awake and they told me yes but she wouldn't remember much. I asked if she was screaming and crying would they continue to do the work and they said yes, and said they would have her in a papoose. My husband had taken her to her first appointment for cleaning and all of that, and he said that they told him she would be sedated and didn't give any other options. Although my daughter had done great with laughing gas in the past at her old dentist. I was told that I couldn't go back with her for this appointment I was feeling nervous and not so great about the appointment. I got a call to come get my son from daycare because he busted his head open. I ended up having to leave the appointment which after it was all said and done and I got my son and checked on him I was happy that we ended up having to leave the appointment because I had a not so great feeling in my gut about it all. I took my daughter for a second opinion & was told that she didn't even have any cavities besides a small one in the front which was not worth fixing unless it starts to bother her. I know a lot of people on here have had great experiences with Issaqueena, but mine was not so great. My daughter has had terrible experience in the past with dentist that have held her down and made her scream and at the time I didn't know any better because I was a first time mom, but that is not the approach we take now with her since I do know better & for me and my family Issaqueenas strategies are not right for us. Everyone was very sweet, but their approaches just do not work for me and my family

Great environment for kids. My 2 year old had a blast in the waiting room. The staff was welcoming and patient. It was her first visit to the dentist and they made her feel so safe and welcome.
