Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.
An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

DR.MILLER is by far the best Dentist I have ever encountered. The care and compassion I received from him and his team was un parallel to anything I have experienced from a dental office. This is by far the most professional office I have ever been to. I will take the drive from Tacoma to Issaquah anytime I'm in need of dental services. Dr.Miller did my implant and it came out absolutely beautiful and perfect. I have 100% faith in this clinic, the services they provide, and the job they do. Super impressed with the professionalism of the Dr's and staff. Great job!

Highly recommend Dr. Miller to anyone who is anxious about going to the dentist or having any dental work done. The Issaquah Highlands Dental Group's entire staff makes you feel welcomed upon arrival, each staff member i have talked with has been beyond exceptional at easing any nerves i have, explaining cost, procedure and aftercare perfectly. The staff goes above and beyond each time to make patients voices heard and feel respected! thank you!

I have waited 2 months so far to have them send back my $100 that I paid at my first visit. I ended up not having any treatment done that day and was going to reschedule. But after some thought decided to cancel my appointment and go with someone else and asked them to reverse the money back to me. That was 2 months ago and despite my regular follow up calls- nothing. Is there someone else I can contact for help?

Every person I met in the office (Dr. Pandey, Dr.Miller, Kim, and Rena) was courteous friendly and professional. They really took the time necessary to do everything right - and as a new patient took some really good time to get to know me and my family. Great dental experience!

Highly recommend! My son had LOTS of anxiety about going to the dentist. After this visit, I am amazed at how well the team worked with him. Dr. Pandey and Samry (dental assistant) were amazing!!! They made him feel comfortable and I believe they have his best interest in mind.

My husband had a confirmed appointment with email reminders. When he showed up 10 minutes before the scheduled time, they said they didn't have record of it. He showed them the confirmation emails from the office and they still denied an appointment and did not apologize. We will be finding a different dentist.

This dental office has the best service! I have anxiety about the dentist and they were so friendly and understanding. Dr. Miller saved my tooth when I knocked it loose and did an amazing job my crown! I recommend this dental office to anyone who asks! And Samantha the office manager is so efficient and very helpful when it comes to my account a very nice lady!

They lied to me about walk-ins. When it says it on the website and the door of the business, the the lady was rude about it for one. If I was a white male I probably was have gotten seen. I'm a black male she turned away because of the color of my skin and say she have to change the hours.

Charged me for root canals. Gave me temporary tooth's and charged me full cost of replacements. When I complained of medical issues cause for concern they ignored me and reported my account to collections. All I want is what they are charging me for. Not temporary teeth made by and in-house newbie.

Dr. Miller performed my 2 root canals and an extraction on my molars, along with removing my permanent broken bottom wire retainer. The in house crown making was fast and better than expected.

Young dentist is rushed and multi double booked and advised that waits were going to be a regular practice due overheads requiring multi booking patients. I spent long waits on a new patient appt and was in the office for over 90mins but only had X-rays and, after 30 mins waiting, a very fast dentist exam where he was careless with metal tools knocking my teeth and arrogant about his treatment of patients. I was rushed into the treatment planning phase where an elaborate cleaning was shown to be over $1500, but "thanks to my insurance" they would only charge $5-600, and my portion would be $280, which looks a bargain compared to the original $1500, right? But this was for a clean, no treatment, and dentist was unable to verify what treatment I would need.

Wow. What a fantastic team of individuals! From Dr. Miller to Cooper and the other person whom I can never remember her name (I'm so sorry!). Everyone is kind, patient, understanding, and friendly! They do an amazing job, are very thorough, and explain everything while showing you on the monitors. I have a huge fear of dental work and they were all so compassionate and accommodating. I have moved from Issaquah but will continue to make the drive to see this dentist only!

I have gotten my entire family in Washington state to start going here. I recently moved out of Issaquah, but I still drive back just for Dr. Miller and team. They can make even the most skittish of patient be at ease. They remember you, your family, and things you mentioned off hand years ago. They honestly care about you, your family, and your long term health.
