Dr. O El-Hillal brings a wealth of orthodontic experience to iSmiles Orthodontics. He is a founding partner of E&S Orthodontics, a successful, full-service orthodontic practice that has been serving patients in Phoenix/Peoria, Tolleson, and Chandler, AZ since 2004. His love of travel and the outdoors brought him to California and developing new ties as an owner of iSmiles Orthodontics. He simply loves the Irvine area and all that it has to offer.
What sets Dr. O apart from the crowd is his insistence on always reaching for the next level of perfection. He has been published in numerous professional journals and has held several leadership roles, including Chief Resident while receiving his training. From day one he also developed a clear vision of creating an orthodontics practice that would be different, based on the latest research and technologies and a face-driven, no-extraction treatment philosophy.
After earning his Bachelors Degree from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA, he moved on to the prestigious Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry at Temple University a center of excellence in dental education, patient care, research and community-based services in Philadelphia. There he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, MBA, Master in Oral Biology, and Orthodontic Specialty degree.
He remains a man in constant motion, using his energy to deliver orthodontic services that are far and above what you will find elsewhere. Hes adamant about staying up-to-date in terms of research and treatment technologies, to become a leading provider of the innovative Damon self-ligating bracket system, and a Premier Provider of Invisalign and InvisalignTeen.
Plus hes all about educating the public about the benefits of orthodontic treatment. His informative Friday Focus YouTube videos, covering the gamut in orthodontic questions and services, are also featured on the iSmiles website.
Dr. Ammar Siddiqi is thrilled to return to the Irvine area as a member of the iSmiles team. Born and raised in Southern California, he graduated cum laude with anthropology honors from the University of California, Irvine right here in the heart of Orange County. He then earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Southern Californias Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry in Los Angeles, and Orthodontic Specialty degree and MBA at Roseman University of Health Sciences in Henderson, NV, where he served as a resident orthodontist at the Roseman Orthodontic Clinic.
Like Dr. O he firmly believes every patient deserves the highest standard of orthodontic care and that community involvement can build compassion and trust. As a student and resident, Dr. Siddiqi has volunteered at Give Kids A Smile, the USC Dental Humanitarian Club, and USC Mobile Clinic. He also earned a Deans Award for Excellence in Research. He has been practicing orthodontics since 2014.
Dr. Siddiqi is an avid sports fan, enjoys traveling (especially to beach destinations like Hawaii and the Maldives), spending time with family and friends, and trying out different restaurants. His interests include hiking, jet skiing, playing basketball, and attending Lakers games. He also admits a fascination for Shark Tank and watching Lakers basketball on TV.
iSmiles Orthodontics, your Irvine Orthodontist, is an active member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, Arizona Dental Association, California Dental Association and the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists. Plus Dr. O has also earned Invisalign Preferred Provider status.

I have had a great experience so far with isimile orthodontics. My inbrace lingual braces have been on for 10 months. I saw improvement within the first month! I didn't know anything about these braces and the office was very knowledgeable about the entire process. The staff is very friendly and easy to schedule appointments with. Dr. Siddiqi is awesome and extremely thorough at my appointments. If I need anything for my braces the office schedules me for an appointment immediately. I would highly recommended this office.

Dr. Brandon and his Staff are the best! My daughter got braces and wore them for 2 years, and her teeth look amazing! Everyone is super friendly, the office had really fun games, books, and an arcade. Highly recommend!

Amazing staff in the front counter and in the back and doctor Brandon is the absolute the best. Not only that his staff is friendly my daughter fell in love with how welcome she was when she first walked in and we've been through different places to find the right orthodontist but she choose to go with doctor Brandon. I would definitely recommend him to all of our friends and family.
