My daughters and I have been going to this office since 2020, the experience started out great but has become very frustrating. I'm still trying to get my claims processed and approved, I have paid everything out of pocket, and there are no invoices to keep track of payments. The billing/paperwork is unorganized and there is no follow-up on their end. I had to submit my own claims. The office staff has been rude to my husband and I would not recommend this orthodontist.

DR Brandon was excellent. He really cares for his patients. Him and his staff went above and beyond to make sure my 2 sons teeth were straightened and now they have perfect smiles. Thank you.

I'm glad we chose Dr. Brandon because we were able to avoid the pulling of four teeth, a bite plate, and four years of braces. Their team was able to straighten my teeth without any of the apparent requirements said by other orthodontists, and not only that but in less than four years.

My eldest daughter just got her Braces off today, Thanks to Dr brandon for her beautiful smile. We have been coming to Dr Brandon for 4plus years and are very pleased with the experience. My 2nd daughter is now a patient and I will be bringing my youngest here as well. I highly recommend Dr Brandon.

My both kids got the phase 1 braces. Results was truly amazing for both. We are totally satisfied and happy to see the results. Now, it's a time to start my son's Phase 2 treatment. Dr Brandon and his entire staff super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and caring. In this tough time of Covid, they are taking extra precautions to treat patient very safely. Whole staff is welcoming and always ready to help. Thank you Dr Brandon and team for working hard to create beautiful smiles.

I was very nervous about taking my 10-year-old daughter to get a consultation for braces. The experience exceeded any experience I've ever had at the dentist. Not only were their safety procedures and techniques up to CDC guidelines but the whole office was thoroughly clean. Within minutes Brandon T Hoang D.M.D. was in the room for the exam. He made sure we as well as my daughter were comfortable and fully informed of everything that was happening throughout. Viviana Rios the treatment coordinator went through every step of the payment process and options. Not once did I feel pressured into signing up for or paying for anything that I did not need or want. I would highly recommend ISmiles to anyone who needs to have theirs or their loved ones teeth corrected.

This is the only kids dentistry I have EVER TRUSTED. Others I feel just did stuff to my kids teeth just to collect money. This office Is beyond trustworthy and the doctor is so kind and gentle.

From the start our family's experience at iSmiles has been exceptional. Anita (ABC) was more than accommodating working within our financial parameters, a plan to get both my daughter and son set up with braces. Our 1st interactions with Anita, genuine, friendly and helpful set the tone and truly was a glimpse into the entire atmosphere carried at this office. Everyone there is amazing. Professional staff, knowledgeable, great work ethic, clean office but by far my favorite part is the overall sense of connection with the staff and Dr. Brandon. It is a warm and friendly environment, more like a family gathering than an office and to me it speaks volumes about not only the quality of ortho care but the depth and quality of character of both Dr Brandon and the incredible team at Corona iSmiles!
