I felt very comfortable going to Ismile dental Dr Rivera and his staff were very friendly Caring and attentive and explained into detail my dental plan The office is very welcoming. I would 100% recommend Ismile Thank you for making my visit pleasureable.

I Smile's was a breath of fresh air. They were able to x-ray my teeth to zero in on what really needed to happen first before anything else. Dr. Rivera and all of the technicians were experts, caring, and a delight to have by my side. Sam, one of the technicians, was excellent and Sam promised to send to me via email the x-rays she took of my teeth. As an Air Force veteran that's not service connected, I would recommend I Smile's to any veteran in my shoes. Everyone greeted me and thanked me for my service 1971-1975 aboard the military back up plane to President Nixon - the Advanced Airborne Command Post. The time spent there was quite short even in having a tooth pulled. Dr. Rivera had that touch I could tell, the tooth was out in seconds. No pain - nothing. I will be sending I Smile had thank you card with a picture I took of Mother Teresa many years ago. I had all of this work done because I am a veteran free of charge. The first visit is complimentary. Again, from a veteran thinking I should not come up to have this work done because I'm broke and would have to resort to taking Ibuprofen and icing my sore tooth throughout the day, easy solution the good doctor prescribed Amoxicillin 500 mg with 21 capsules to take. My immediate pain has been managed where I can take a good breath of air knowing the pain will go away. Again, thank you for all of this once again. Peter

When you walk in everything is organized and everyone is respectful I highly recommend coming to this dentist Dr Riviera is kind and respectful I came in with really messed up teeth he knew exactly what to do always smiled and made my experience very positive

It was just cementing my crown back on so quick and easy. Everyone was nice. They had told me there would be no cost since it was their work originally but then charged me. But gave me a free examine.

I have been trying to find a dentist for some time without success. However, today I went to iSmile and I believe I have found the best dental care in Tucson, Arizona! From the moment I stepped in the office I felt welcomed. The staff were so kind, patient and helpful. They took their time to explain in detail the best treatment plan for me and my teeth. The Dental Assistant was very experienced and knowledgeable, the xrays were state of the art. The Hygenist was definitely experienced and very professional. Her expertise shined when she began to teach at the patient's level of understanding. The Dentist was patient, kind, gentle helpful and obviously an expert in his field. All staff members were personable & they all provided exceptional patient teaching! The equipment was state of the art. The office was very clean and the equipment was disinfected/CDC Guidelines. The staff followed all CDC/ADA Standards. As a former Infection Control Preventionist and Surgical Nurse, I would bring my entie family to iSmiles without hesitation. Moreover, the cost quote was at least 75 to 80 percent cheaper than previous quotes I received at other dental offices in Tucson, Arizona this year. Be careful out there because sometimes you really don't need a bunch dental implants...

The lobby is comfortable, although I never spend much time there waiting! Celeste - my hygienist, is friendly, professional and thorough. Dr. Rivera is kind and caring, he really takes great care with my teeth. The whole experience is a 5-star!

DR RIVERA DDS IS EXCELLENT, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I HAVE TO TAKE CANCER PILLS THAT EATS AWAY MY TEETH. DR RIVERA PUT A CAP ON THE BACK TOOTH. A PICK UP TRUCK RAN INTO ME AT A STOP, DR RIVERA DID WORK ON MY TEETH TO FIX WHAT THE CAR ACCIDENT DAMAGE DID TO MY TEETH. DR RIVERA IS THE BEST, EVERY DOLLAR I SPENT WENT BEYOND SATISFIED. I AM SO HAPPY. IM REFERRING ALL MY FREINDS, IT WAS SO WORTH IT !

I'm new to this dentist office and staff was responsive and welcoming. Their system seem to be efficient so all went smoothly. The doctor I met with was personable and warm. They set up a follow-up appointment for just two days later so no waiting for attention. So far so good and I am very happy with the experience. Just had a cleaning with Celeste and then it was quick and pain-free and she is especially nice to work with. Highly recommend

I am the biggest baby when it comes to the dentist and let me tell you...every single employee there has a whole heart! They are understanding and compassionate on a different level. Oh the doc was just precious and a kind soul! I will never go anywhere else for my teeth. They sincerely understood my fears and concerns. They actually listened to me. They didn't laughat me. I didn't leave on tears. I don't hate the dentist anymore!

The BEST dentist office I've been to, ever! The staff was so accommodating, and concerned with my care. Dr. Rivera and his assistant made me comfortable and went above and beyond to help me with a broken tooth. I feel 100% better. Looks like I have a new Dentist.

My daughter has extreme anxiety and nervousness when it comes to seeing the dentist. A couple weeks ago she fell off her bike and caused trauma to her front teeth. We contacted Ismile and they were able to get her in the next day. Dr. Rivera was so great with my daughter! He made her feel so comfortable and even made her laugh. She wasn't afraid to let him look at her tooth, which was basically cracked in half and hanging on by a thread, and she even let him put a "band aid" on it so that she wouldn't have anymore pain while waiting for her appointment at the Endodontist. She loved their office so much that she asked if we could use them as her primary dentist. If you are looking for a great dental office, I highly recommend Dr. Rivera's office. The whole staff is amazing! From walking in to walking out it was a wonderful experience.
