I have always received the best care at Ismile spa .The staff is always professional and personable and treat me like I'm family. They use the latest equipment and techniques. They provide recommendations without any pressure. That's really important to me. I'm always happy to see and catch up with the team when I come in. I definitely recommend Dr Malek and staff for all your dental needs.

The doctors at iSmile (father and son Malek), together with their team members: hygienist (and daughter) McKenzie, ortho care Sabrina and front desk Kate, make for an unbeatable team ready to take care of all your dental and orthodontist needs. They treat their patients with compassion and understanding, not only encouraging their patients to take charge of their dental health, but also reminding them that iSmile is only a phone call away should the need arise. I have been their patient since 2018 and I love their family oriented, friendly office atmosphere, their quick response and expert care. I recommend iSmile to anyone in need of dental care.

This is a very good dentistry office. The dentists, the father and son Drs. Malek, are extremely accomplished. The rest of the staff are equally skilled and extremely friendly. They employ the latest of technologies. They offer a concierge service for $400/year which gets you 3 cleanings and Xrays plus a discount on other services--well worth it.

Very warm and welcoming. This was our first visit (husband as well) , x-rays and cleaning. The office is bright and the hygienists are thorough. Dr. Malek explained every scenario and didn't put pressure to get anything done right away. I've been to dentists in the past that are clearly out for the $$$ right away and use fear and pressure tactics. I'm really happy we found such a great team so close to home.

Dr. Conner was amazing. He spoke clearly about my crown replacement, explaining the options. The procedure went smoothly, he knew what was best for me. So glad that he found the decay sooner than later! Absolute trust in him and the office staff. Highly recommend iSmile!

My mom started getting work done at this office. She was told and quoted 10,000.00 to have all work done. This was something I made sure to ask if everything was included. But so far she has paid about 12,000.00 and today they told her it will cost 2500.00 if she wants the teeth that are made for the implant she has. But of course they put it in this way. ( we are not charging her the lab that make the teeth are wanting 2,500.00 to make the teeth. ) it has been 7 months since it all started. My mom went to the doctor because the side of her face was hurting thought it was ear infection turned out her doctor said it is because of the teeth. One of the teeth broke last week on the side she had pain. When she went into ismile today is when they informed her she would need to pay the lab. Even the temporary weren't good if they are breaking. I'm going to look into what she can do about this because we still have the papers where he wrote 10,000.00 down.

Dr. Malek is a great dentist. Had to get surgery and he made every effort to make sure I was comfortable. He knows what he's doing, and the out-of-pocket expenses aren't as high as other places which is amazing. Highly recommend this place to anyone who cares about their teeth and their experience!

Been coming here for a few years and it's always been a great experience. Great dentist. However, the blond woman at the front desk was extremely unpleasant and rude. Enough to ruin the few years of good experiences. Time to find a new place to get my dental work done.

I desired the 15 minute free implant consultation but was told they only offer a full exam. Pay your $300 get x-rays, full exam and cleaning. I did that and they took x-rays (not the latest or complete) I received the cleaning from a very cold unfriendly hygenist. Dr. M did an exam gave me 2 options for tooth replacement. I asked him about a 3rd option I had heard about and he say there wasn't any probably because the 3rd option was much cheaper than the almost 5 grand price. He did not complete the exam as I asked if I had any cavities and he came back but took off and I never saw him again. The best part of my visits is the office mgr. Very nice, informative, friendly and helpful. I would not recc Dr Malek. I wasted $300. I found a much better dentist with more high tech tools. She did a great job

They took out all 4 of my Wisdom teeth, and did and amazing job at doing so ! Dr.Malek was awesome and did and outstanding job I was nervous and anxious but he knew what he was doing and so did his assistant who was helping with the procedure as well. He was through with his explanation of the procedure and I know I have found the dentist I want to stick with ! Would highly recommend if you have had any bad experiences in the past with dental work. They make you feel at home and feel good ! Thank you Ismile team !

Dr. Malek is terrific! I needed a deep cleaning and an implant to replace a brittle root canal tooth with old ( failing) crown. Not only was the price reasonable, best part is his skill! And he is an anesthesiologist too, so he put me out and did the work. No pain no noise. I highly recommend him and his staff. Put your dental issues behind you. Glad I found him!!

I recently had all 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Malek and from the moment I walked into the office to schedule the surgery I was treated with a high level of hospitality and bedside manner. I have severe anxiety when it comes to anything dental, especially something like extractions. So finding a dentist that was going to take the time to understand my fears and explain everything in extreme detail without getting frustrated was very important to me. I was initially welcomed by Kenzie at the front desk with the most professional yet friendly customer service I have seen from any medical office. Dr. Malek and team fully understood and empathized with my anxieties and walked me through every step in detail while helping me relax through the entire process, pre-op to post-op. Before entering Dr. Malek's office, I had been with the same dentist for my entire life. Now, after seeing the exceptional level of understanding and vast knowledge of Dr. Malek, I hope to have all of my future dental care handled by this office. I fully recommend Dr. Malek and his team. Based on the treatment I was given during this surgery, this dental office has secured a lifetime patient.

I was looking for a dentist to treat my 96 yr old mom. She'd broken a front tooth. A few said they wouldn't touch anyone her age & they certainly wouldn't do a crown. Deja, at ISmile, called Dr. Malek, who was scheduled off. He came in right away. He not only made Mom a crown right in his office, but also filled an incisor. He was very patient, kind & gentle. Deja then cleaned Mom's teeth. They worked with me on a reasonable price. They also work with Care Credit, if needed & offer sedation dentistry. Mackenzie offered her sweet little dachshund for Mom to hold. That truly made Mom smile. So grateful to Dr. Malek & his team for giving Mom her beautiful smile. I highly recommend him :D
