All staff are very professional and extremely helpful. I really do not like going to the Dentist all. But iSmile staff and technology reassures me I made the right decision with the Dentist I chose.

I love coming to this Dr. Dentist office its is one of the cleanest with an extremely modern look and highly friendly, knowledgeable staff . Getting cleaning with them have usually been the least painless from any dentist I've been to in my life, never any excruciating pain. I just started my aligner treatment with them using invisilign and the results are already showing. Making my move to ismile with Dr Olivares and staff was the best move I could of possibly of made.

I had a horrible experience with iSmile and Dr. Sonia Olivares. I drove over 200 miles to see this doctor due to the consultation I had via email with Dr. Olivares and her administrative staff about the halitosis treatment. I was originally told it would cost $200 to have the consultation and treatment. After arriving and speaking with Dr. Olivares and her staff I was told they could help me and I was given a quote of $4000! I had tests done, tongue treatment, dental cleaning which i've already had at my regular dentist. I had to return for another treatment and to meet with Dr. Olivares to go over my test results such as bacteria results etc. After driving 2 1/2 hours I was told that Dr. Olivares had an emergency and was unable to meet with me and had to leave. Instead the dental hygienist proceeded to apologize on her behalf and gave me another teeth cleaning and tongue oxygen treatment. All of which nothing was helping. I proceeded to tell them how disappointed I was at the whole situation and even my hygienist asked me how much I was charged and she almost fell off her chair in disbelief. I have tried emailing and disputing the charges with the credit card company with no success. I have yet to receive a call from Dr. Sonia Olivares to rectify the situation. I've even tried communicating via email and nothing has been resolved. I feel like I was manipulated in spending $4000 without the proper service or treatment. I will NEVER ever recommend this place to anyone especially with the lack of communication or the business trying to make this right. And now I'm out of $4000 with no improvement.
