PLEASE DO NOT GET A CLEANING HERE! I went for a cleaning that lasted two seconds and I, now have a infection in my gums. I am in excruciating pain, please be advised. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE! WORST DENTAL PLACE I EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE!

I was a little afraid to have my scheduled procedure & almost postponed it because I was afraid I'd be in pain. It's very vulnerable & scary to allow someone in your mouth with sharp instruments. BUT Dr. Sabbagh was absolutely amazing!!! He was understanding, professional, fast yet efficient & I felt no discomfort or pain. I am beyond grateful. Plus the staff is ALWAYS nice & welcoming. True it's a small office but there's big comfort in knowing you're in good hands.

Smile is a new dentist for me, and the staff and Dr Weiss was excellent care. Dr Weiss was the first dentist that before he did the work explained what he was going to do. I'm 75 years old and wished I had a dentist like him thru the years.

I been to dental office many years before was under Medicaid and was given x-rays and Consultation was referred to oral surgery dentists to pull molar. I went to oral surgery dentist in 106th. He removed tooth. Than I attempted to contact ismile to do cleaning they said they would contact me. They never did. I called back was told my Medicaid wasn't covering cleaning. So I left it at that. I recently got new insurance. And was referred to go back to ismile. I went got x-rays and cleaning. Had chip tooth and supposedly was clean and some type of filling. Also was referred to have molar removed from unfinished root canal had to wait for insurance to approve. Just got called for ok from insurance. I noticed the chip tooth that was filled had filling come off . Don't know why this happened after just 3 days.

Today I hope to get my new Dentures in my mouth but as far iSmile it has been a wonderful experience. Very professional and highly recommended . BTW this is my very first review ever, Worth it I have my Beautiful teeth in my mouth. They fit perfectly and I don't even need any glue. I can't thank the iSmile team enough for what my teeth have done for my self esteem. All my friends and family are supposed to make appointments for their own set of Dentures. Don't forget to tell them Marcia kovalevich sent you . As for the staff God Bless you for your kindness and expertise in the what you do! I love you and thank all of you Soooo very much

Definitely one of THE WORST, MEDIOCRE dentists I've ever been too. Below subpar cleaning (that was half done mind you.) Dentist also lies about services that are covered by insurance not realizing that some of us not only read our benefits in full but also communicate with whichever insurance company we belong to. (I'm seeing a pattern of trying to charge patients $950 for on the spot services smh) A hole in the wall that also doesn't look the cleanest. Just imagine a tiny bedroom then add dental equipment. Also took all these painful X-rays without actually explaining any findings besides what I described was bothering me and I had to keep explaining it as if he shouldn't be able to clearly see the opening on the X-ray. First and last time.

BE AWARE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. SMALL/HOT UNCOMFORTABLE SETTING. EMPLOYEES ACTED LIKE THEY DIDN'T WANT TO WORK. TRIED TO SCAM ME FOR $950 when I'm COVERED BY INSURANCE. CALLED BACK AND THEY KEPT HANGING UP ON ME AFTER THEY GOT CALLED OUT! IF THEY TRIED THIS WITH ME IMAGINE WHAT THEY GOT AWAY WITH!
