I'm extremely disappointed, I spent over $50k with getting veneers and crowns then I needed another procedure where I needed implants I honestly wanted to look at other places to get a price quote but the PREVIOUS employee Cindy coarsed me into getting a loan , I took out a loan with her and simile for $7500 to get two implants and crowns, then this past Thursday before I leave for my appointment I get a call from the the dentist daughter Sabrina that I need to come in with $2400 upfront before they can do impressions! So I come for my appointment when I was told everything will be ok just come it will get worked out, I sit in the chair and get a cleaning then Dr. Sonia tells me there is good news that all I really owe is 1400, I said I took out a loan for 7500 that's what I was told that's all I needed,I paid that loan off and now I needed more she said that I have a 1600 credit and they refuse to give back to me, when I requested the money the doctors response was I have 30 days to give it back, now I'm afraid I have to fight legally for that money, I'm extremely saddened and very disappointed please please do your homework before you go to simile and open your wallet you don't want to go through what I did

I love Ismile! They have a knowledgeable and friendly staff. The doctor is amazing and the dental hygienist have a soft touch during cleanings. They are very accommodating with appointments and got me in immediately for a dental emergency even during the pandemic. 5 stars definitely!

This is a shared office where the dental office has no receptionist. Therefore, one needs to call the main number to inform one has arrived but the main number is answered by an answering service so there's no communication directly with the dental office. I had an appointment at 10:00am and even though I called to inform them I was at the reception area upon my arrival, no one came out to greet me or to check in with me. I waited 40 minutes until I decided to leave. Finally someone from the dental office returned my call at 1pm advising me they were calling me back to schedule an appointment, which means they weren't aware that I had an appointment at 10am today and was waiting at their office for a long time. Very disappointing and can not trust them to be efficient once one becomes a client if they can't handle a first time visit accordingly.

I went to Dr. Olivares several years ago and am only now able to bring myself to write this review. I went in for a sensitive issue (bad breath) and she said she could help me. I paid so much money because I was at my wits end and desperate. She did not help me and my issue was not resolved. She stole my money. Stay away from this dentist.
