Dr. Safi graduated from New York University College of Dentistry and has been practicing for over 10 year. Dr. Safi has extensive training in orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry. Prior to dental school, Dr. Safi attended Hamline University in Saint Paul, MN and graduated with a degree in Biology and minors in Anthropology and Mathematics.
Dr. Kevin Oh grew up in Los Angeles and graduated from UCLA. He received his DMD from Case Western Dental School. After practicing in Los Angeles, he moved to Chicago in 2014. Dr. Oh is proficient in all general dentistry and keeps up to date with continuing education classes.

Been going here for about a year now and wouldn't change a thing! The doctors are very well knowledgeable and give you options rather then choose for you. Definitely recommend!!!

They bill you months after you thought you were already paid for making excuses about they mishandled the finance and have a new manager . The office manager Yesenia was very rude and would rather argue about things instead of apologizing when I caught her up in a lie in front of her co-worker . Even her coworker acknowledged it when Yesenia left . They tell you you have a one year warranty on work done but then look for ways to avoid honoring it. When they said I owed them 6 months later even though I paid them initially I asked if the $60 was worth losing me and my wife coming back . Mind you it was there clerical error to begin with , and the excuse Yesenia gave me was "The dentist needs to be paid " so even though you messed up the billing you seem more concerned with the dentist making $200k a year then your patients . Long story short this practice is sketchy , I even had to go back because they owed me money and had to pick up a check from them . Please be aware before going there. I could say much more but won't pile on

Part 2 of 2 Esther Viramontes FACE-MASK - I understand it's mandatory for the medical industry, but how can you have signs and request everyone to abide by the rules when your own internal staff does not? Practice your rules. I saw staff/vendors hanging out with no mask in the front desk at least three times. One of them was a light brown-haired/blonde lady, I've seen her without the mask twice. If they really wanted to fix the situation they could look into the video surveillance and figure out who the persons are. SALES SCHEME - Do not fall for their sales scheme they claim is available for a limited time only. This is a lie. They only do it and say that to boost their sales while locking you in so you don't have time to shop around. Every single time I have gone into this office I always heard them offering people the same exact "invisalign limited time special"

Very nice staff, Doctor. I was happy with this office because they listened to all my concerns that I was having. They took very good care of my teeth. They explain to you what needs to be done and they are very friendly. I glad I found these dental office for my future appointments.

So glad I found this office for my son I am very picky when it comes to the dentist I choose, I left my last dentist because it was very unprofessional and disorganized however the work here is immaculate and the receptionist Mirna was super friendly and knowledgeable with the switching process and any questions I've had, she helped me with my insurance questions and made sure I left satisfied I will recommend due to great dental work and the amazing staff member that made it a breeze 10/10

I have had the pleasure of finding this hidden gem of a dentist office, they are freaking awesome. The staff is pleasant, professional and personable. The office is spacious and clean. If you need work done please go to them they are the bomb.com

I have been a patient at this clinic for over 2 years. The Front desk/receptionist are always friendly and welcoming. The female Dental Assistant that worked with me today made sure to take the time to explain the process of the appointment beforehand. I appreciated that she would pause and ask if I was comfortable during my dental cleaning. I highly recommend this location and look forward to my next check up!

The staff are very kind, but the dentist practice feels like a fraud trying to upsell services. Their "cleaning" is a partial service of X-rays without the cleaning and should be advertised as such.
