The team at iSmile Dental Care believe in the importance of preventative care. We focus on keeping patients in good oral health so that they can live a full, healthy, and enjoyable life that is free from oral pain. This starts by educating our patients on what they can do to stay healthy at home. In our family dentist office we recommend that patients eat a healthy diet that consists of green leafy vegetables, lean protein, nuts, dairy products, and crunchy fruits and veggies. Eating these foods along with drinking water can help to keep teeth healthy and make them stronger. By simultaneously reducing sugar intake, patients can also reduce their risk of cavities.

It is also important to brush and floss throughout the day. Instead of waiting for bedtime to brush teeth, carry a small toothbrush and use it after meals and snacks. This makes it possible to remove sugar and bacteria from the teeth and gums before it has the opportunity to turn into acid that can attack the teeth. This preventative step can greatly reduce a persons' risk of getting a cavity or gum disease. We understand the importance of taking these steps at home and will spend the time necessary to educate and inform patients so that they can stay healthy overall. Education, after all, is essential for living a long and healthy life.

Understanding the importance of these regular dental exams, the staff at iSmile Dental Care work to make each patient extremely comfortable. This includes being welcoming and kind while performing dental treatments in a way that is painless and relaxing. Patients visit our dentist office because they trust us to do just that take care of their teeth and gums, gently. The majority of our patients are local and come from the greater Union area, we also see patients that are looking for gentle dental care.

Seniors, on the other hand, often struggle with gum disease and oral infections. As people age, their teeth can become weaker and infected more easily. Bone loss is incredibly common with seniors and by conducting regular dental exams, the team at iSmile Dental Care can help seniors to have strong teeth and reduce the risk of them falling out. Since over seventy percent of U.S. adults suffer from tooth loss, preventative care is important.

A. Primary, or 'baby,' teeth are important for many reasons. Not only do they help children speak clearly and chew naturally, they also aid in forming a path that permanent teeth can follow when they are ready to come in.

A. First, rinse the irritated area with warm salt water and place a cold compress on the face if it is swollen. Give the child acetaminophen for any pain, rather than placing aspirin on the teeth or gums. Finally, see a dentist as soon as possible.

A. Sealants work by filling in the crevasses on the chewing surfaces of the teeth. This shuts out food particles that could get caught in the teeth, causing cavities. The application is fast and comfortable and can effectively protect teeth for many years.

A. Have your family dentist evaluate the fluoride level of your child's primary source of drinking water. If your child is not getting enough fluoride internally through water (especially if the fluoride level is deficient or if your child drinks bottled water without fluoride), then we may prescribe fluoride supplements.

A. Soft plastic mouthguards can be used to protect teeth, lips, cheeks and gums from sport related injuries. A custom-fitted mouthguard will protect your teeth from injuries and even provide protection from severe injuries to the head.

A. There is very little risk in dental X-rays. Family dentists are especially careful to limit the amount of radiation to which you and your family are exposed. Lead aprons and high-speed film are used to ensure safety and minimize the amount of radiation. Digital x-rays provide an even greater level of protection by using up to 90 percent less radiation.

An emergency dentist can provide the treatment that you need when you find yourself dealing with a loose tooth. I'm very aprehensive about the dentist. But Dr. Moodi (sp?) Was kind, gentle, and painless. She made a root canal and several fillings feel like a trip to the barber.

Dr Jung and the staff at Ismiles are top notch. They communicate very clearly and only do what is necessary and needed. Dr Jung addressed some things that were causing me discomfort for years that other dentists didn't notice or didn't mention to me. Highly recommend.

If I could give a zero star I would. Stay far away from this dentist office they will scam you for work that they did not do. Then when you call to clear things up they put you on hold or lie saying the bill person is not available.

I had a very good experience! I am extremely terrified of doctors and was able to lessen my fear today at this office. I was seen today by Dr. Jung who I had read in reviews prior to coming and he was amazing! 10/10 can't wait for my next visit. Who ever thought I would be saying that!

this is the best dental office that I have been too in years. Firstly, the office staff is one of the nicest experiences I've ever received. Miri, the finance department, helped me go over options for my finances along with her treatment coordinator Rose who helped go over my treatment and answers all my questions.. I saw Dr.Elsaid for my visit and was able to come up with a plan that worked for the better of my teeth and my pockets lol They we're very patient answering all my questions, as I myself work in the medical field I know when staff are being genuine. And this place is the best!!! Thank you I smile This office is quick and efficient won't regret booking here!

No. This place is horrible. And in case the office replies with the language "sorry you're not a patient we can find in our records." Thats not true. I have taken my family here twice and both times were terrible. Their money hungry and have no bedside manners at all. They can careless about your oral/dental care. And if I'm being honest, it's not all the dentist it's the owners. We had one of their dentists there recommend a treatment and the owners of the place did not like our insurance company process and cancelled the procedure. Facts. Its all tracked in 2022. Who does that? They claimed the request for treatment was not approved by our insurance, we called the insurance company and they said they never received a request for treatment, they only received a bill for the office visit and of course the X-rays!! They love a x-ray. Why x ray if your not going to treat the patient? Money that's why. Ridiculous.

Honestly, the worst experience I've had at a dental office. I've been wanting to write this review for awhile but I was trying to be patient with them. I had veneers done here after removing braces. Huge mistake! After only a few weeks, one slipped off while eating breakfast. Came back, got it replaced at no charge. Then again, the same one came off! Now I'm frustrated. Got it replaced. Chipped the front one while eating. There were many failed attempts at replacing them because the veneers didn't fit. I would have to go through the entire process of them adding composite and then removing. I can't count how many times I've been here for these veneers. Finally got the front two replaced only to get home and realize the color didn't match! Admittedly, I didn't return because I was fed up at this point! Fast forward, another veneer slips off! Nothing to trigger it. I literally swallowed it. They damaged my permanent retainer at the time of service and now want to charge me 900 for a new one. Overall my teeth look terrible and I wasted my money. I now have a missing veneer that I need to get fixed by a different specialist. Do not get cosmetic treatment done here!

WORST dentist office I have ever been too, wish I could give them 0 stars. Never had any issues with my teeth until I came here. First time coming here and they told me I had a cavity, never had one in my 21 years of life, and they did not explain anything to me. They just started setting up until I stopped them and asked them to explain what was going on. After that visit I had the worst month of my life. Due to lack of equipment I developed severe TMJ spasms because they did not have a bite down guard and a tooth infection because they shaved my tooth down so close to the nerve. When I went back the Dr looked confused and tried to tell me I had another cavity which I did not. NEVER go here, save yourself from a lot of pain and stress!

The place is very clean, however there very greedy for money. Once I refused some of the treatment plan, that was suggested by their staff, they refused to perform the treatment I wanted. I wanted filings on the right side of the mouth on 8/5/22. I wasn't treated because the office insisted I get a root canal.I requested a refund for the filings that was done, because they wanted to do the left side of the mouth, in which I declined. I am awaiting my refund, and I am contacting my insurance provider. One staff was very rude, so I will take my business somewhere else. This company very DESPERATE for money. . I felt very unheard at this dentist office.

Wonderful experience. Building from the outside is kind of ugly but once you walk in the dentist office you are in awe, it is beautifully designed. I was referred to Dr. Beheiry after a bad experience at a previous dentist office. I went to see him during my lunch hour. Informed the front staff and they were understanding of my tight schedule. I was in and out within the hour with xrays done. Dr. Beheiry was patient and fully explained what was going with my dental health then executed a treatment plan and explained each phase along with costs. Would 100% recommend.

Excellent customer service and extremely professional. The staff was very friendly and efficient and I am thrilled to be doing my treatment here. UPDATE: CONFIRM ALL OF THE AVAILABLE SERVICES BEFORE YOU START. I MEAN CONFIRM EVERYTHING! I USED TO GO TO THIS COMPANY FOR CLEANING AND "ORTHODONTIC CARE" ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY ARE NOT LICENSED TO DO ACTUAL ORTHODONTIC WORK AND CAN ONLY DO INVISILIGN. AFTER THE DENTIST RECOMMENDED AN INVISILIGN TREATMENT WHICH LASTED 10 MONTHS AND DID NOT FIX ALL OF MY ISSUES, THE DENTIST CONTINUALLY SUGGESTED I GET DOUBLE JAW SURGERY AND PROCEEDED TO WORK WITH MY SURGEON AS AN "ORTHODONTIST" .... FAST FORWARD TO ONE MONTH BEFOFE MY SURGERY AND COME TO FIND OUT THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE A LICENSED ORTHODONTIST AND HAS TO OUTSOURCE TO ANOTHER LICENSED ORTHODONTIST. 3 CONSULTATIONS, 2 ORTHODONTIST, AND 2.5 LONG COVID YEARS LATER, I'M HAVE SPENT TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND COUNTLESS HOURS FIXING THE "ORTHODONTIC" WORK iSMILE DID AND STILL PREPPING FOR THE SURGERY THEY INSISTED ON! DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT EVER COME HERE!

I had came here in October, first time after several years due to trauma with past dentist. They told me I had 7 cavities. I went in October for my fillings and they only did 5 because they said the other 2 were being monitored. Made no sense. I went for a 2nd opinion somewhere else and I didn't have any cavities left. So not sure where they got the 2 from. When they did my filling. I was left all day into the next day with half my face drooping + bruising all along my cheek. They told me that was normal. They did fillings on teeth that were bothering me and they are perfect until this day. However, on the right side of my mouth they claimed that I also had cavities. I understand that sometimes you don't feel symptoms with cavities. But I had to go back three times because the right side of my mouth. Well the teeth, we're in severe pain. I had pain in between my teeth right where the lines of separation from one tooth to another are. After three times I still couldn't figure it out. And I gave up going in until this day I'm in severe pain. I can't show on the right side of my mouth and I honestly feel like they did a filling on a tooth that was not a cavity. Or the filling fell.

DON'T GO They are thirsty to money like vampires thirsty to blood. They will find stuff that your insurance doesn't cover and make you believe you need to do it.
