I had been to Ismile a few times when I worked in the building next door, and had liked working with my hygenist. Tried to schedule myself and kids after trying another dentist that was closer to my home, but ismile canceled on me and my kids without notifying. Apparently they had the wrong number for me so they thought I was going to no-show because I hadn't confirmed the appntment. No email notification sent to my email address that they had on file. A simple look at my appointment history would have shown that I've never no-showed, much less when I've carved time out of my work day AND taken my kids out of childcare. Such nonsense. No second chances when people waste my time to derisk their own schedules. One of the pitfalls of using a dentist that is never going to know my name I guess.

The best Dentist and staff ever!!!! I highly recommend!!! The dental assistant Randy made me laugh throughout the entire visit and I mean laugh this was the first time I have ever had my dentist personally clean and educated me regarding my teeth and what work needed to be done, pain free visit like I said highly recommend this practice. Dr. Rafiq was the best!

The whole staff starting from the receptionist to each and everyone working and the doctors are very efficient, friendly and extremely competent. My kids and I love the relax and chill atmosphere at I smile dental care and we always have had a very pleasant experience.

Not impressed with the billing services. Additional charges are made at the end without prior consultation. No one wants a monetary surprise as their service comes to an end, esp. not for something necessary to ensure sustainability and future wear.

iSmile is a good dental place. They are very friendly. Staff do a great job. However I would say their system doesn't always work. I had an appointment I had scheduled 6 months before and gotten a confirmation a day before. When I arrived I was told there was no appointment for me, and none scheduled for me at all. It wasted my time, if you have an appointment it's better call the day before and day of to be sure.

We have been patients of this clinic for the p ast 8 years and since the owners stopped seeing patients in the Reston location, the customer service, including the billing service has become terrible. They give you an unrealistic estimate, proceed giving you the service based on that estimate and then don't follow up with mailing letters for any outstanding payment. During our last visit the office admin even threatened us with contacting a collection company due to a pending balance that we didn't receive a notification from the dentist. The justification for this approach from the office administrator was that we as patients were responsible for contacting our insurance for a copy of an EOB. When in reality the standard practice of any doctor even labs that we have visited is to send an invoice for any outstanding balance. The office administrator was rude, sarcastic and very unprofessional. It is very sad to see that due to the owners not visiting this office as often as before, the quality of service has deteriorated. Very unfortunate.

They moved in same building larger suite, but still friendly and professional, and really my teeth haven't been in better shape. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love this office. Everyone in it and the care they provide is exceptional. Having moved from Vermont and having what I thought as the best dentist in southern Vermont I was a bit apprehensive about finding a new dentist. I even thought about flying back to Vermont twice a year just to have my cleanings. I am so happy to have found this great team. They truly care and know their patients very well.
