Since moving to Gainesville 18 years ago, I've been to 3 dental practices. iSmile is far an above the best for me. I have very sensitive teeth and have never experienced any pain or discomfort. All the hygenists are thorough yet gentle. My teeth have never felt this clean! The dentist is never rushed, but listens, and takes the time to explain procedures. There is never a hard sell for any service.

Dr Sandhu is a very gentle dentist! Very welcoming and helps to map out the best steps for treatment planning . His heart is definitely in his work ! The hygienist Sue is extremely knowledgeable and cares more then just you being a patient. The assistant Lordoues was warm and welcoming , explained even process throughly with care .Last but not least the amazing office manager Katie !!! She went above and beyond to provide sincere empathy , laughter and calm my husbands anxiety and checked on us before And after treatment .Katie seemed to be th jack of all trades with being manager and receptionist, even short staff or not , wouldn't have been able to tell , because she put my family's needs first ! All of the staff deserve a raise !

I went to the office for a filling and Dr.Sandhu was so knowledgeable and gentle that I didn't even feel my injection ! Katie was sweet and welcoming from the moment I came in and soo was a kind soul . The staff is amazing and will be coming back for more work

I came in last minute as a new patient for a cleaning and was a little hesitant but Katie was very reassuring and helped me fill out paperwork . I was escorted back by the assistant Laudren and she was so warm and gentle and explained everything up until the hygienist came in . When soo came in it felt like I had known her and Laudren for a long time and it was a good and gentle process with a lot of knowledge. I brought up how I'd be interested in ivnidalign and when the doctor came in he was also such a welcoming person with good humor ! And told me to keep up what I was doing and what I would be doing if I continued with Invisalign . Please come to this location if you want to feel taken care of and welcomed ! Thank you to the staff again , I will be bringing family soon

Been a patient at ISmile for 6-7 years and plan to be for many more. The entire staff is very professional and thorough. The facility is spotless. I especially appreciate that they in the Kaiser Permanente network.

I mistakenly arrived one hour early for my cleaning appointment and rather than being turned away, the staff was super accommodating and took me in. They continue to surprise me on how friendly and professional they are. Will definitely recommend to a friend!

Excellent Dentist. I thought several of my teeth were not fixable but this dentist pulled a practical miracle and saved my teeth. He is very thoughtful in his approach. I've been to half a dozen dentists and this one stands out. He is quiet yet very meticulous in his craft. Also, I have recommended my family members to him. They also have no complaints, only praise

The Staff, Hygienists and the Dentist are all professional, friendly, patient and caring. My family has been with this team for years and have followed them around northern Virginia as their practice has grown. No anxiety or distrust with any procedures or billing. I appreciate all of them and highly recommend them.

This is the best dental experience I have ever had! The staff are very friendly and the clinic is nice and clean. The hygienist Serina is absolutely incredible, she spent good amount of time cleaning and floosing my teeth very gently. She answered all my questions and concerns. The doctor was super nice and knowledgeable. I will absolutely return to this practice!! If I hade the option to give more than 5 stars I absolutely would :)

I was treated like a king when getting dental cleaning two weeks ago at iSmaile! Nurse Laudren first took a couple of X-rays for me in absolute very gentle manner, then came Dr. Tammareddy who inspected my teeth very carefully before cleaning my teeth in the most comfortable atmosphere I ever had. I said to them: "I really feel I'm treated like a king with you on each of my side!" I was treated in the same amiable way 6 months ago when getting a crown done by Dr. Sandhu with help from Nurse Stephanie. That was my first dental appointment. The front desk staff Katie is super nice too. The clinic environment is the super cozy place too. I strongly recommend to anybody this iSmile Dental Care where the patient/visitor enjoy the treatment experience that you may not get elsewhere.

I had a great experience from the receptionist to the doctor himself. Each person conducted themselves in a professional manner and made sure I was comfortable all the way through my appointment. Each person explained what was being done and why. For some one who dislikes going to the dentist this made my appointment go smoothly and took some of my anxiety away. If you are looking for a nice dentist that actually cares then this is the place for you. I have lots of work to get done but I know I smile of Gainesville will be holding my hand and giving me back a great smile.

My daughter goes here (Jasmine D) and she really likes the customer service and the Dr's. She stated they are nice and friendly. She doesn't like going to the dentist but here she says they make her comfortable and talk with her to help her anxieties when it comes to any dental work. Great practice and no complaints those far Thanks ISMILE Dental!

Staff is very friendly and Dr Sandhu took really good care of me; he is friendly, respectful, caring and courteous. I am glad I found this place for me and my family.
