This has been the best dentist I have ever been too. The staff is absolutely amazing. From the time you walk in until the time you leave they make you feel like royalty. Even after when calling. I'm not sure how to spell the doctors name but she was the most comforting and understanding. She literally held my hand every step of the way. The office treats you like family. For years I've alway been scared of dentist but not anymore. This will be my forever place to go. If you need a dental office that will make you feel good and make your smile shine please do yourself the favor and book with Ismile dental. They will exceed your expectations. I truly love the environment and staff. They even have a tv in the room to ease your procedure. Like come on lol. 10/10 must recommend

First time at iSmile and had a really great experience. Crystal was my hygienist and she was so sweet and made the cleaning experience easy and painless. Dr. Portman also provided great advice. I'm looking forward to my next visit, which I don't think everyone would say when it comes to other dentists!

Have to say I love the service provided and can't complain about that, but without warning they dropped my insurance as in network after going to them for years and I had to pay for my last appointment out of pocket. I even double checked with the nurse at the front desk and she assured that my insurance was in network, but yesterday just got a bill for an appt back in July. Disappointed I can't come here anymore, I have Delta dental insurance, so I wouldn't come here if you have the same.

Love the gals at iSmile-Wburg. Always a pleasure and smooooooth and painless. These guys are great. Dr. Portman is a gem. All the staff are wonderful, attentive and a real pleasure.

Dr Rimma is really great. I've been going to iSmile for over 9 years for cleanings and Xrays. There may occasionally be a wait time of up to 15/20 min, so just make sure you plan enough time. Highly recommended.

This was an absolutely amazing experience. I'm 40 years old. Either all my like, people have been doing teeth cleaning wrong, or they are just amazing. No pain or discomfort at all. The X-Ray machine is way over the top, it sings to you and plays classical music. Very funny. Great friendly staff. Dr. Rimma is fantastic-- actually cares, takes work home and gives you a practical plan, not just "oh brush your teeth and come back in 6 months." Great experience really--- I even got lucky with parking 1 block away! There is never parking in Williamsburg, Brooklyn NY-- so the Gods of Oral Hygiene must have blessed me today! Plus, who is that handsome bald guy?? What a stud and such straight teeth!! Love it. Would go back. You should to!!! I'm dead serious. Great service... makes me question the service I've received from other dentists for the past 40 years ... lol. Vinny

Dr. Portman and her team at iSmile Dental do a great job! I have been seeing Dr. Portman for about a year and her team is the most gentle at doing cleanings! Dr. Portman also got me a great discount on a new retainer. As long as I live in Brooklyn, I will continue to see Dr. Portman and her team for all my dental needs.
