I had a great experience as a new patient at this office. Front desk was super friendly, and the cleaning was gentle / professional. I was guided through the cleaning process and the entire team made sure I was comfortable throughout the x-rays and cleaning, letting me know in advance what they were going to do.

It is a nice office furnished very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The dentist was very knowledgeable. He did a great job

They were fantastic!! I went in with a painful wisdom tooth that should have been dealt with some time ago but I'd been slacking. They handled it with ease! I was so happy with the quickness and friendliness of the staff. Everyone was thorough and incredibly helpful. I've already booked my next cleaning.

After dealing with my previous dental office for for months with no results and poor service all around. I found Ismile made an appointment. And got my dentures with in a month. Love the procedure they use to do teeth impression. My dentist before did it the old way twice and couldn't get it right. Spent for months waiting with no results. I would recommend Ismile!

Everyone was very friendly and made me very comfortable bc no one likes going to dentist. I also appreciate that they got me in that day no problem. Dr. Johnson was friendly and knowledgeable great to work with. I would highly recommend them!

Staff was timely and friendly enough, but I went to another dentist for a consult because I just didn't love the feel of this office. Come to find out, they were going to fill three "cavities" that weren't even actually cavities and didn't notice the one actual cavity I had!! I can not say I would recommend this place at all.. the other dentist I went to said absolutely don't go back! The office is decorated so so, it's not an overall inviting environment, and it seems like the equipment is due for an update.

They are THE BEST here! I was having EXTREME PAIN from a broken tooth, called multiple places because I don't have insurance and very limited on cash. They were the only place that was willing to work with me because they didn't want me to be in pain. I received great, professional, and compassionate care. The girls were very nice and incredibly helpful, and the dentist was really kind. Felt no judgment, and got the help I NEEDED. I won't be going anywhere else, this is the place:) I am IMMENSELY grateful for you guys, seriously! Mouth pain is the worst, and you have no idea how thankful I am that there are professionals out there that actually care, and aren't going to turn you away because you don't have the full means to pay. Thank you, thank you!!

I haven't been to a dentist in way over a decade and during these years my oral health has completely diminished. I've had a ton of bad experiences at my previous dentist and absolutely refused to go to a new one due to the embarrassment and shame of how bad my teeth have gotten. iSmiles not only stayed open for me an additional half an hour the first day of my appointment when I was running late, but the staff there made me feel very comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. I had to have a friend take me to ensure I didn't walk back out of the office! that's how bad my anxiety is. As soon as I started talking with the ladies up front, my heart rate decreased significantly! If you're like me and are absolutely terrified of having any work done, please go see this wonderful group of people. I wouldn't say this just about any dentist office, let alone take the time out of my evening to write nonsense that isn't true! You'll see for yourself! They explain everything to you, very friendly, non judgemental, quick and efficient. I'm looking forward to continuing my treatment there. (I can't believe I just said that!!!) You all are great thank you. I can't wait to be able to eat and smile again!

Becoming more and more disappointed. Nobody ever returns calls. I piece of metal was broken off in my tooth. They used all my dental insurance benefits that day and then said I need to see a specialist to remove the metal. But the specialist they use doesn't except my insurance. They never called and said they called in a prescription. Super annoyed at the negligence that seems to be happening

I've only had the first portion of my dental implant completed and it's gone very well so far. Dr Johnson and Lupita do an excellent job. Dr. Johnson is very thorough and explains the entire procedure step by step. My case was kind of tough because he had to remove, what was left of my molar, and put the post in. I expected the recovery to be tough and he did a very good job sealing everything up so I had no complications and very little after procedure pain.
