Many years ago my dentist was on vacation and I had an emergency situation. Dr. Bottner was recommended to me. You can only imagine how nervous I was going to a new dentist - and told I needed a root canal! I was taken care of immediately by the women at the desk to the hygienist to Dr. Bob. - pain free - I might add! I was so impressed with his equipment, scheduling, staff and pleasant experiences, I continued to go to Dr. Bob! I never enjoyed going to the dentist, but I actually look forward to going to this office, which I go to every three months! My teeth have never looked so good and I have been taught proper dental care. My husband had gone to a dentist in another town for many, many years and he switched to Dr. Bob as well. He will also attest to his teeth never been taken care of as they are now with Dr. Bob. We feel part of a family when we enter the office. We can never say enough about Dr. Bob, Rosalie and Nelda - plus the wonderful and professional hygienists! It truly is a pleasant experience going to the dentist!!

They are always on time with their appointments and everyone is friendly and does their job well. Their front desk staff are two of the loveliest people. Wish all of my doctor's offices had a welcoming committee like that. I felt completely comfortable in their efforts to keep everything clean and safe for me and my children.

As a long time patient for 20+ years, I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Dr. "Bob" Bottner is not only a technically experienced Dentist, but he also keeps current on new practices, methods and products. The Support and Office staff are all knowledgeable and have been in place for a long time. They can explain Insurance coverage and Billing transactions with ease.

When I enter Islip dental Associates, I walk into a modern office. The ladies at the desk always give me a warm welcome. I sit in the comfortable waiting room, look at large display of magazines to read, but never have the chance to open one magazine, because the workers welcome you into their comfortable dental chairs so fast, I have never had wait time in this professional business. Once in the dental chair, the office worker, any and all of them, start a nice conversation and start their work. Every worker is polite, excellent, empathetic and efficient. Dr. Bob Bottner makes you feel like you are family. He is a perfectionist that is gentle in all aspects of his being. I have gone to his office for 25 years and highly recommend, Islip Dental Associates to all.
