full mouth dental implant and my treatment was worth every penny I did not feel any pain during my treatment and the staff is very humble and friendly. Dr jenn is the best doctor I've ever met so far if you are suffering any dental issues I would 10/10 recommend

I have been to this wonderful office several times. Everyone is extremely friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Personally, I appreciate the music- helps me take my mind off the process. (I'm terribly dental-phobic ! Don't know if that's a real word but I think you get the idea!) I'm glad I found this office. (And the Dr is a fellow W&M graduate!)

I love Dr. Jenn and her team. Carrie did my cleaning the last time I was there and it was honestly the best cleaning I ever had! I can't wait to start my Invisalign treatment there too. It's the most affordable I've found in this area. I highly recommend this place for all dental needs.

My friend needed a crown after he broke his tooth. Dr. Szakaly asked him to come in and she could complete the procedure in one appointment. He arrived, and within 1 1/2 hours his tooth was fixed with a beautiful crown that she was able to make in her office! She has the most up to date equipment that makes crowns in house. It was a quick and easy appointment, and he was able to return to work right after! The office manager Erica was very efficient and a pleasure to chat with, and Jeff the assistant kept him comfortable during the entire process. Dr. Szakaly did an amazing job, and the tooth looks great!

The dentist is absolutely condescending and rude. If you ask one question, she bites your head off and gets an attitude. The hygienist was nice but very rushed. I would never recommend this office to anyone I cared about

I was unimpressed with how they treated me. The dentist (Jennifer?) cornered me in the hallway after the appointment and accused me of giving my child juice before bed; that that was the sole cause of her tooth decay. When I explained that no one gives her juice at bedtime, strictly water, she called me a liar and left me in tears over what a terrible mom I must be because my five year old needed cavities addressed. We left the office with no intent to return. My daughters were transferred to a different pediatric dentist and we never looked back. IOW dentistry did though, when they sent us a $150 bill for "missed appointments". Appointments we never set up because I had no intention of going to a dentist who called me a liar and embarrassed me in the hallway of her practice. Now the emails start. "You are now 6 MONTHS overdue for your appointment. Call us immediately!" Sweetie, my kids are not overdue, they have a new dentist. One with bedside manner. In fact, we're on the way over for a cleaning this morning and it reminded me to update this review. Consider this me unsubscribing since you're ignoring me unsubscribing to your emails. Per your reply: Did you just call me a liar...again? I can't imagine why my family won't be back... Jennifer DID corner me in the hallway. It was in July of last year. Several of the employees there walked by while I was crying. Perhaps you should ask Jennifer if it happened instead of calling me dishonest, which is exactly what Jennifer should have done when speaking with me. By all means you can have my name. It's Bridget Aladro. I brought both of my daughters in to be seen. We haven't been back and you trying to discredit my valid review is a pretty clear indication that I made the right choice. Spoke to your receptionist. She has all my information. Feel free to recant your reply.

Best. Dental Office. Around. There is no comparison to anyone in the area. Head and shoulders above all other dental providers, and by an extreme wide margin too!

My last dental cleaning was done in Hawaii before my move to Virginia. Got my initial "New Patient" appointment here with a cleaning. What a great experience, it was a no hassle appointment-even was called in earlier to get my appointment started! Carrie did a great job while Dr. Szkaley came in and did such a thorough exam. All while my little girl entertained herself in their cozy kid friendly section of the waiting room. I highly recommend this office for anyone! Too bad I can only give you five stars..Your team deserves a high five to go with that!! See you guys in 6 months..BTW-Erica was awesome too, thanks for keeping an eye on my girl while I get my check-up done!

I took my daughter in for a check up and teeth cleaning. I asked if I could be with my daughter during the exam (I had a lot of questions about her dental health and how it may be causing her chronic ear pain). I was told by the dental hygienist that once she completed the X-Rays she would come back into the reception room and bring me back to the exam room. Long story short, after an extended period of time I realized that she didn't intend to keep her promise. I then ask the receptionist could I go back to be with my daughter. She told me a different story, apparently they preferred that patients over 18 be seen alone, but the doctor would discuss her condition with me after the cleaning. OK, so I wait. Finally the dentist comes out and tells me that I can come back. On the way to the treatment room she told me "Legally patients over 18 don't have to have someone accompany them into the treatment room unless they want to." I said "OK, and what if someone over 18 wants to have someone accompany them in the treatment room, legally are they entitled to that?" She said "Yes they can". I said "OK, then since my daughter wanted me back there with her (she had asked the dentist three times and yet they never came to get me) why didn't you respect her legal rights?" At that point this young, arrogant and rude woman said "Well hey, just so you know, I'm not going to jail just for you!" A remark I considered illogical, confused and ignorant. At that point she reached over and shoved me, laughed at me, and walked into the room where my daughter was. In all my life I've never been treated so rudely by a member of the medical profession. What was even more amazing was all through the explanation of my daughter's condition, which I had dragged out of her, she kept talking like we would continue to seek treatment and services from her! Wow, get a clue! There are plenty of competent dentist in the area, no one has to put up with disrespect and mistreatment from someone who so obviously lacks professionalism. I have a family of four, this was our first and last encounter with this place - we'll never go back.
