Dr. Furbert is so friendly and amazing with kids. She knows exactly how to calm people down which is what you need in a dentist! I highly recommend her for her personality and her expertise.

We had a positive experience at Island Smiles. The dentist and assistants wer gentle and measured while working with my 4 year old daughter. They gave her a little coin at the end to pick a prize from one of those vending machine things, so she loved that. Overall we had a positive experience. Edited to say: I have called them several times today to set an appointment as directed on their web site. Nineteen times total today starting early this morning. They do not answer the phone. Ever. I did get a call back from them, but was in a meeting for work and missed their call. The voicemail directed me to call them, but you guessed it! They didn't answer... again.

I have called this place numerous times, to make an appointment. They never answer the phone. How are potential clients supposed to make appointments? They don't have an online system to request either. I DO NOT recommend this place.

I really like the dentist for my boys.... I think its a new crew in the back. They not friendly at all!!!!

hello well I mean for almost 15 years. Dr. Corliss Furbert has been the one who has seen my children, we have had very good experiences ayi. She is very kind and patient with the children, and the staff are very friendly the place is always clean I have felt good when I can recommend them to my friends this place, and I know that some of them have already been taking their children for some years, ayi, I recommend it to take their children.

Excellent place to take kids your for dental care. It was very hard to find a pediatric dentist in the area that takes our insurance. Great customer service!!

My kids go here and we LOVE IT! Staff are friendly very sweet people we never had any problems and I will continue to take them untill they get to old we really love Mrs.Furburt she is the nicest lady you'll ever meet so who ever had a bad experience I don't see how because this is the beat place to for kids very kids friendly I would recommend to any one

My children have been patients of Island Smiles since 2010. They love going to the dentist!! Everyone is professional and always helpful with anything that is needed. The office is always clean and the atmosphere is family oriented. Dr. Furbert is the BEST!! She is so knowledgeable, has the best spirit and in my experience readily available especially when emergencies arise. I highly recommend anyone with children to use the dentist office!!!!

All of my children went to Island Smiles and I recommend them to everyone I meet looking for a pediatric Dentist. They did a great job taking care of their dental needs. Dr. Furburt is very easy going and her staff are all wonderful. I love Island Smiles!!! Best Pediatric Dentist in town.

I usually don't care to leave reviews on places i visit regardless of good or bad but my experience at this dentist swayed me to write one. I took my 2 daughters in today and my older daughter needed some major work done and was very nervous as we told her she needed tooth to be removed. The dentist really went out of her way to make sure she was comfortable and laughing before she even began. She took the extra time to make sure my daughter at least started the procedure happy. As a parent this was really touching as that is not always the case in the medical fields with children. The dentist here felt very patient and actually cared about the children she works with. During the procedures we had more plans than the 2 removal but as she saw how distressed my daughter became during the 2 removal she opt to do them at a later date so my daughter didn't become overly stressed out. Although thats probably more inconvenient for the office they did it anyways which im very happy they did that because my daughter is very young and it was alot of work for her to have. Through out the entire process i felt really at ease knowing she was in good care and through out the whole process regardless of the kicking and screaming the dentist was very patient and comforting to my daughter. The office staff are overall very friendly and cheerful and the office is very clean. Not to mention they have a nice prize system at the end of each visit for the kids to enjoy. Im really glad i chose this dentist office as the place to take my daughter. I was very worried as i knew she had alot of work to have done.
