This dentist office is super professional and caring for their patients. I brought my son here 1st because of a promotion they had and he absolutely fell in love with the dentist office!!! I mean, he is a very shy and reserved 11 year old and he adapts to the situation very easy and he knows how to act. His former dentist office is very quiet, calm, and he speaks in whisper when we go there and he tends to get tired, lazy and not into seeing the dentist. But as soon as we walked into Isla Dental office it was like he was at an arcade!!!!! I mean he was super excited and eager to get to the games and get his teeth cleaned!!! He loved the battery powered spinbrush he recieved as a free gift, the chuck-e- cheese tokens certificate and it's back to school, so he got a free new backpack as a gift as well!!!! I love that about this office!!! Very giving, compassionate and eager to keep you as a patient!!!! Thanks to the receptionist who is always smiling and happy to help, to the xray tech, the dental hygenist and of course Dr. Troy Bacon!!!!! Isla Dental, you guys rock and im definitely coming back!!! Okay i came here for myself in August because with my son's appt i gt a free exam as well. Again the service was amazing!!!! They helped me feel comfortable because i havent been to the dentist in like 20 yrs.....yeah its bad, but i finally came and yes i have lots of work to be done to get back that smile i really never remember having! But that's the magic of this place that they let you know it's okay and we'll take great care of you! Flashforward to now December 2018, and now im here with my youngest daughter and she too loves this place!!! She loves the Isla Dental Theater, she loves the fish aqaurium in the exam room and she's a little nervous, but more excited and anxious in a good way!!! Oh and we had !!! They gave us pizza and bottled water as we were waiting in the office!!!! Also, for coffee drinking mom's, dad's, grammas, grampas......they have complimentary coffee!!!! Yes 100 times yes, yes, yes!!!! Thanks again to the smiling, happy, energetic staff and of course Dr. Troy Bacon for being very helpful!!!!

This place is amazing. My kids go there as well. I got my tooth extracted and got my teeth cleaned. The ladies in the front were so nice. And the doctor that extracted my tooth was nice as well as her assistant that was with her durning the procedure. Even though my tooth was not cooperating they helped me to stay calm through the whole time.

I took my 9 month old for the first visit we arrived 15 min before his appointment , I stayed there till 11:40 to get seen I asked twice if it was gonna be our turn since we had an appointment at 11 and everyone that arrived after me were already going in, after we finally get seen I felt rushed, doctor wasn't even trying to interact with my son before going all in his mouth Im looking for a place where we don't get rushed out and are part of something not just another patient/client and Islas dental is NOT IT !! will Not go back.
