Without wuestion be the worst experience I've ever had. Went in for implant. Dr. Buck told me to have what I had done taken out & start over so I did. 2 1/2 years of work on it, then I go back & she refused to work on it. I called receptionist twice to have Dr Bick call me & never got a call. Do not go there.

I've been going here for 40 years and I have always had great experiences. It's a 45 minute drive for me and well worth it!

Dr. Bick is amazing! Explains everything she is going to do and is very compassionate. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

I would give a zero if I could .After spending thousands of dollars over the years then becoming disabled an unable to come in for regular checkups.I was denied an emergency tooth extraction because I was not a regular patient anymore.Well I say close the doors because you have no loyalty to patients .

Incredibly friendly staff all around, never had a poor experience in this office. Would highly recommend Dr. Bick!

Very dissatisfied. Had taken my wife to have her teeth checked due to pain she was having as result of being hit by a car crossing the crosswalk at the Price Rite shopping center in York. Dr. Bick was very persistent in telling my wife that she could not confirm the cracked tooth that was causing the pain was a result of the accident. We had not asked her for her opinion yet she seemed compelled to give it. She wasn't saying the accident didn't crack the tooth, only that she could not say for sure. Thanks. Again we were not asking. When my wife questioned Dr. Bick's response and why she was even compelled to give it, Dr. Bick became very defensive and accused my wife of being rude. I will concede that my wife was in a lot of pain and has been through a lot, so she was not in the best of moods, but she never cursed and, although her voice raised, she was not yelling or screaming. My wife was frustrated and did stand to leave and find another dentist, but she was never violent or abusive. Despite all that I convinced my wife to stay and convinced Dr. Bick to complete the referral in the interest of my wife's well being. I find it totally unnecessary for the Dr. to have commented at all on the validity of an accident or the circumstances of an accident she knows nothing about. In contrast, the Dr. who performed the oral surgery and his assistant (at another practice)were very compassionate and had no difficulty at all understanding that she was busted up all over from being hit by a car and that my wife's tooth had been cracked as a result of being hit by a car. Not too sure why that is so hard to believe, but even more I am not so sure why Dr. Bick felt so compelled to question it. Not what I call great or compassionate care.

Absolutely love Isaac and Chronister. They are very family-oriented. I see dr. Wise. They always remember detail. And very personable. Been going there since I was a kid. And my children go there now too. They love it as much as I do. Definitely suggest to go and check it out. Absolutely amazing. And on Halloween even a cooler experience, the whole staff all dressed up.

Wonderful and always friendly. Lori Wise is who I see although there are other dentist available. This office I highly recommend.
