Dr. Leeds is a fee for service dental practitioner. This means that her central focus is on your oral health care. While she does not take insurance as form of payment, she will gladly fill out the necessary forms so you can be reimbursed by your insurance provider. More importantly, Dr. Leeds will develop a treatment plan specifically tailored to meet your dental needs.
The practice is equipped with the latest digital radiography technology, which results in less radiation exposure. In addition, advancedintraoral camera technology is used to provide the patient with a close-up, interior view of their mouth and the area undergoing treatment.
Dr. Leeds passion for dentistry began at the age of 9 when she decided to become a dentist. Though neither was a dentist, with an engineer as a father and a lawyer as a mother, both provided the inspiration she needed to pursue her dream.
Dr. Leeds has been practicing dentistry for over 30 years. After concluding her training at NYU College of Dentistry, Dr. Leeds established her private dental practice on 5th Avenue in Manhattan. She later moved her successful Rockefeller Center practice to Westchester county after 22 years to devote more time to her personal life and family. This enabled her to practice in the growing and vibrant Port Chester community and at the same time give needed attention to her school-aged children.
Ten years later Dr. Leeds is still referring to her Port Chester Practice as her new office. As for her 3 children, the oldest is a physician in Manhattan, the middle child is employed by a finance firm in Manhattan and the youngest is a law student in Manhattan.
In reality, dental insurance is a business contract between an employer and a financial entity. Insurance carriers maintain the right to deny or approve a claim. Patients (better known as subscribers) have no say in the matter and neither have their dentists.

Dr. Leeds is the most caring doctor I've ever met. She is meticulous and gentle all at the same time. The aesthetic results on my front teeth was amazing. I would recommend her without any hesitation.

Dr. Leeds is a very caring and compassionate dentist. She will patiently listen to your concerns and develop a treatment plan to meet your personal needs and budget. I highly recommend her. Also, she doesn't chair hop from patient to patient like some dentists. She gives you her undivided attention. She also does the cleanings herself.

Honestly, I just wish I had found her sooner. I was scared of going to the dentist during covid but felt very safe there. She is super meticulous and really patient in explaining things.

Dr. Leeds is wonderful! She creates a welcoming experience and really takes her time to understand her patients and the issue at hand. She uses advanced equipment that leaves my teeth sparkling and she's completed two difficult cavity fills perfectly! I'm always confident that I'll be walking out with a beautiful smile! 5 stars, highly recommend!

WORST DENTIST EVER. Did not properly clean out my root canal & it got infected. Went for a check up & said she could no prescribe me anything & there was nothing she could do. Her best advice was to "goto another dentist to take the tooth out". Similar thing happened to a close friend with this "dentist". DO NOT GO HERE!!

Dr Leeds is the best. My experience with her has been first class. My previous dentist/orthodontist had left glue on my teeth from when I had braces. It left me with cavities on every tooth on the bottom row. It was devastating. Dr Leeds could not have been more professional and caring in helping me. She does not use a hygienist, she does everything herself. I will NEVER go back to the traditional experience of a hygienist cleaning my teeth and the dentist coming in for 5 minutes at the end to make sure everything looks tidy. Dr Leeds is also an artist and does such clean work you would never know she did anything. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. She is as good as it gets.
