I went in to get my tooth looked at because it had cracked so I know that it would need to be extracted. When I walked in ( I am light skinned Hispanic mind you) and the things that were said in Spanish about me, even the customers-was as if they did not want me there. Now this was my VERY FIRST visit, please keep that in mind. The appt went well however until the very end when I was making my following appointment to get my tooth extracted I told him I do not take pain very well and that Ibuprofen will not be sufficient. The following day in the afternoon I was called and told that they will not give me pain meds for my extraction and it is understandable if I don't want to come in. When they could have told me all of this at my appointment but I just felt like they had this on their mind called the following day in the afternoon because they talked about me or my situation with my tooth and then they were going to let me know that they were not going to prescribe proper medicine for something that is truly painful (depending on the person of course). It literally made me feel like I was asking for too much for just proper medication and it made me feel like I was not wanted there and as if I was an addict or something it was very uncomfortable. So if you are light skinned and you would like proper medication I don't suggest going here. I hope my review helps in some way.

The Dentist are very professional I've been going to this office for many years. My only complaint is that dumb receptionist Argelia. She is so rude I just wish Dr. Isabel and Dr Francisco knew the way she is at the front desk. She acts like if she was the owner of the Dental office. Because of her I stopped going.

If going to the dentist makes you nervous this would be a good place to go. The dentist is so caring and gentle. When he numbed my mouth I barely feel anything. They put enough anesthesia to were I dont feel him working on my teeth. I have been going to this dentist for years and I will never go to anyone else.

Fiance went in to get some xrays done she had some cavities to be filled. The next appointment she went in Dr isabelle said she needed a filling redone. Keep in mind their was nothing wrong with the filling the xray even showed nothing was wrong. Dr Isabelle insisted to proceed with the procedure with an attitude after my fiance was done she felt discomfort with the work she did with her tooth. She had to go back for more work but my fiance said i need you to fix the filling you redid its not even and can i see another dentist. Gave my fiance an attitude and said "not available till December" if you don't like my work or service you're not welcomed back and told my fiance to get out. Come to find out dr. Isabelle cracked my fiances filling and did a horrible job on it too. Dont recommend getting her.

I came in for a cleaning. Dr. Isabel polished all my teeth then only clean the bottom part not the top. She flossed me like she was mad and I bled like crazy. Nice staff but I'm not coming back here for incomplete work and unnecessary roughness.

I love this dentistry they are very sweet and careing,no pain ,very clean dentistry, waiting not long very nice entertainment for young kids or adults, comfortable chairs.I highly recommend them.
