I just received a teeth cleaning and I have braces very excellent service from the friendly doctor but the very arrogant nurse speaks badly to people if she knows that one with braces has sensitive teeth I do not know the name of the nurse I did not want fakta respect for that I do not give her I said nothing open talk not angry relax your tongue be careful

i have been waiting 2 months to get approve from county care for a deep clean i have called the dentist office multiple times between then a now and even set up my appointment for the deep clean even if i had to pay myself. well called county care today they have no record of pre authorization. after talking to the dentist office-one they never scheduled my appointment for tomorrow like they said two weeks ago. also never sent the authorization request because they where waiting on missing information from the dentist FOR 2 MONTHS. which the 5 times i have called no one fixed anything. its irritating because my insurance relapses at the end of the month. DON'T GO TO IRVING PARK FAMILY DENTISTRY . was definitely getting the run around I'm assuming due to the amount of build up the dentist was avoiding doing the deep clean. I have extreme anxiety so going to the dentist was a big step for me and this experience has been awful. the only good thing is every person at the front desk that answered all my calls were wonderful.

Horrible experience! I got there at 12 for my appointment. The assistant took me to get x rays at 12:20 still Waited to get seen. At 1240 I decided to leave. I waited 40 mins just so I wouldn't be seen. And there wasn't any sign I was going to be seen for the next 20 to 30 mins. I guess they over booked appointments with low staff. Unfortunately I have to give them one star if I could I would have gave then 0 still didn't get my problem fixed. Witch I think its unfair. If I make my appointment at 12 I should have to wait till 1240 or 1pm to be seen it's ridiculous. Also someone could have came to let us know what's going on or why they're taking so long but instead I decided to leave because I wasn't going to be seen. Now I gave to go home in pain. This isn't new with the place really need to find a better dentist

The staff, assisting hygienist have been wonderful my good friend James Hopkins told me about this dentist Dr. Georgia has made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. The PA's are terrific they are well trained. I didn't have to wait long for any of my visits. I'm happy with my outcome.

Dr. Deepa Bhatt continues to be such a wonderful dentist for my children and I. She speaks on the children's level to help them understand why their dental hygiene is important and talking then through the process so nothing is scary for them. I appreciate the time and kindness she gives to my children.

My Invisalign appointment was spot on time without any delays. The assistant was nice and gentle with the entire process and walked me through what she would do. The doctor herself was patient and answered all my questions multiple times - she made sure that all of my concerns were satisfied before I left. Overall my experience of starting my Invisalign journey front the first visit and the first fitting has been flawless.
