Dr. Joseph is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist and an Irving native. She graduated from Nimitz High School and continued her baccalaureate studies at the University of Dallas and the University of Houston. She earned her Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) at Baylor College of Dentistry. She continued her training at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago and completed her pediatric dental speciality training in Philadelphia at Saint Christopher's Hospital for Children.
Dr. Joseph's practice philosophy is to provide the most current and proven dental education and therapy for all children in a safe and comfortable environment. Because parents are the most active participates in their children's oral health, Dr. Joseph supports all parents in the shared goal to achieve excellent oral health for their children. Getting to know each child's beauty and uniqueness (as well as those of their parents) is the most exciting part of being a Pediatric Dentist. There is no profession she would choose than that of your child's dental advocate.

I absolutely love Dr.Joseph! She is always so nice , takes her time with my kiddos and explains the procedure to them so they don't get scared ! She has definitely made the dentist a wonderful experience for my kids throughout the years .

Very bad experience with this clinic , staff doesn't care about customers , doc and staff keenly looking for how to charge extra from customers .. I don't understand how this much stars for this place, if u are new to this place please stay away

My sons pediatrician recommended Dr.Elizabeth. Today was our second appointment at this location with my moody/scared two year old. He got his teeth brushed, examined , and got x-rays done. All with in an 40 mins. Everyone was helpful, friendly and kind while my son was expressing fear an d confusing. Thank you so much.

Took my son for his check up we are new to this dentistry, but my younger siblings go here. First off with covid 19 going on this dentist office was very nice and clean. The front desk lady was very nice and welcoming. Shon was beyond amazing! You can tell she is very passionate at what she does, especially the way she interacts with the kids. She made my son feel very comfortable and important. Dr. Elizabeth was very nice and informative, any question we had she'd answer, she made me feel very comfortable as to what she's doing. I can say for sure we chose a good dentist. My son was very excited that they had a goody box. He keeps talking about his experience, thank you all so much!

The best place to take your kids to dental check up is Irving Kids Dental. Everyone in the facility were very nice to us. We didn't have to wait that long like other dental place. Supper satisfied with their service. We will definitely come this place in the future. Shon and Elizabeth were supper friendly with my kids! They love this place!! if you want easy,friendly,fun environment for your kids this is it.

Just took my son to get two of his teeth fixed. He was super nervous so I went back to be with him. It took a little bit and I was worried he was freaking out, but the assistant that was helping the dentist named Jesus Cardon. Was Amazing. He sat with him the whole time and talked and played games with him. Made him feel so comfortable.. I was shocked that my son did so well. I was very pleased with the care that was given today.

But she said she'd rather him have that experience himself, if possible, and gave us a couple of weeks and some suggestions that might help him get his tooth to come out. My son said he always enjoys his visits to this dentist, so we're very pleased with Irving Kids Dentist.

They have stopped answering the phones or calling you back, so no customer service or support. They emailed me they had moved about 30 minutes before my child's appointment time.

They called me today left me a voicemail and said my insurance was not showing active. They said they had left a voicemail yesterday which is a lie the only vm i received was the day of 30 minutes prior to my appoitment. My insurance is showing active, i called my insurance to verify and they confirmed. But the office at the dentist still said i would have to re schedule which does not make sense because it is active! It upsets me that i rushed and had my kids ready all to find out i need to reschedule, i will be changing dentist after this and my kids will not be going back, because i know that they are able to verify insurance by calling the company because my pediatrician has done this many times! They just didnt want to go that extra mile and do that. I will not be going back, also there rooms are very small and crowded there, and they have no play activities for kids in the waiting area. I will say Dr. Joseph is a great dentist and very friendly but because of this issue today i will not got back.

Such a great dentist! My 2 year old and 8 year old have both had work done to their teeth and they are actually excited to come to the dentist. They love her and we love how easy it is to get them to come here.
