My first visit staff was nice, but seemed incompetent not checking my insurance before my visit and my visit was pertaining to an implant and staff was unsure of coverage and I was told that someone will contact me regarding my coverage and never received a call. What a waste of a visit.

I came in on the special they overbook and then say they cannot clean your teeth after paying for exam and cleaning. They take X-rays and then act completely unprofessional after wards during explanation.

Best dental office in Irving. They are so sweet and Dr Kim is very knowledgeable. Perla is the sweetest person and she helps you as soon as you arrive. The girls in the back make you feel comfortable during the treatment and they are caring! I can really say that I feel at home here!

It is really hard to be comfortable when someone is inside of your mouth, let's be honest! But Dr. Khan helps me, keeps me informed, and gives me options; also, he truly cares about the improvement of my overall dental health. So glad I have found a primary dentist!

I am so glad that I found a trustworthy dentist. Dr. Kim and his staff are very friendly and highly professional. After my previous dentist messed up one of my teeth, I am careful to which dentist I go. I have been with this office for 2 years and I am very satisfied with my fillings and crowns.

My son had an amazing experience here, he has a long way to go with his teeth and Dr Kim and staff are absolutely phenomenal. They have taken care of my son and treat me personally not just professionally, it isnt all business. They get to know you and for me that means everything. Dr Kim is knowledgeable, extremely educated in his field, I had no worries about him working on my sons mouth. We'll be back very soon for the root canal! Thanks Dr Kim and all staff!

Dentist is nice and does good work but front staff failed to tell me she knew my previous insurance was not active. I find out it was switched by my employer but I never got a new card. Once I find out the new information she tells me they do not take my current insurance and still have to cancel the appointment. If she had told me when she had checked the day before, I could've investigated the problem and not wasted my time, my day off and actually found someone else to do my cleaning. She could not even muster an apology or a sign of empathy for not informing me. Disappointed and hope service gets better for others.

I been coming here for 2 years and everyone is so nice. Since I walk in the front desk is so sweet and the 2 girls in the back as well. Dr Kim is so attentive with everything the office is clean and you can see that everyone loves what they do. I kept coming here because as soon as I walk in the door they greet me by my name.
