Irvine dentist Dr. Jerome Tsang was born and raised in Cerritos, CA. At the age of twelve, his mom had asked him what he wanted to do when he 'grew up.' His answer was to be a doctor. With the support of his family Dr. Tsang continued to pursue this dream throughout his academic career.
Dr. Tsang attended Gretchen Whitney High School, one of the top high schools in the state of California. He continued his education at the University of California, Berkeley and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Then onward to New York University College of Dentistry, much to the dismay of his parents who wanted him to stay on the West Coast. While Dr. Tsang did enjoy his stay in New York City, his academic studies were his highest priority and resulted in him graduating in the top of his class, being inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the national dental honor society. Dr. Tsang attended a graduate residency program at University Medical Center in Fresno, CA, serving the local community and the veterans at the local VA Hospital. He finally moved back home to Irvine and lives there currently.
Dr. Tsang participates with Dental Care for Children in Ensenada, Mexico. Dental Care for Children provides free dental care with an emphasis on children, traveling into Mexico and Haiti to provide needed services.

Appointments are always done on time! You arrive at 11:59am for your 12pm appointment and at 12 o'clock they call you in! Their equipment is top notch and Dr. Tsang and staff are top notch too.

Dr. Tsang and Lia are very patient! They care about my oral health and don't hesitate to help me on keeping my teeth healthy or teaching me how to keep my mouth clean. They are not like the dentists and staff who are always in a rush to get the job done and send you off. They really explain the details to me and addressed my concern patiently. Highly recommended!

I don't think I've ever recommended/raved about any business/provider half as much as Irvine Modern Dentistry. I have a long and frustrating history of dental issues and I have consistently received friendly, professional care here. One thing really stands out: the staff all seem to be working in really positive environment. I get the impression this is a business that takes care of staff as well as patients and it shows.

I wanted to give you guys my positive feedback on my recent dentist appointment I had on Tuesday, I have to say I'm happily pleased with everything from filling out the survey prior to my appointment and getting my temperature checked before my cleaning. I would like to recommend this dental office to everyone! Dr Tsang is super nice and patient. He is very detailed and carefully listen to his clients. My whole family come to this dental office now after we saw how great Dr. Tsang did crown for my mom! The process of making, installing, and adjusting crown is very time consuming. But Dr. Tsang never complains. He tried all kinds of ways in order to making the crown fit in my mom's mouth comfortably. All the girls who working in this office are so sweet and so friendly. They treat us like family members. There are coffee, snacks, Netflix available while waiting. Overall great experience with Dr. Tsang's office. Highly Highly recommend!

Dr. Tsang and his wife are the best. I love getting my dental services here. I have a lot of experience in the dental field myself so I am pretty picky when it comes to choosing a dentist for my dental needs. You can tell that Dr. Tsang not only cares about his patients well being, he is not afraid of investing in his business. Very luxurious office. The beautiful views are a huge plus and an added bonus to your dental appointments. I think Irvine is blessed to have a doctor like Dr. Tsang.

Iqrah is pretty much the only person you need to see. She's the royal crown princess of dental hygiene and an absolute delight. She was also good with my teeth. Would see again. Also, facilities were immaculate and had all the top of the line tech. Excellent dentist
