Dr. Joyce Kim received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Microbiology and Immunology from UC Berkley and Dental Degree from UCLA School of Dentistry. Following dental school, Dr. Kim received special training in Advanced Pediatric Dentistry from University of Southern California and a hospital residency training from Children's Hospital, Los Angeles.
Dr. Kim is a member of various dental organizations, including the California Dental Association, American Dental Association, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Orange County Dental Society, and the California Society of Dentistry for Children. She has dedicated her professional career to providing you with the best that pediatric dentistry has to offer. She continually upgrades herself and her practice in the newest dental techniques and approaches, in order to offer you advanced, comfortable, personalized, and antiseptically superior care.
Dr. Carolyn Chong earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at the University of California, Irvine. She then received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California, School of Dentistry in 2000. She also attended UCLA School of Dentistry where she earned a Certificate in Advanced Education in General Dentistry with emphasis on Prosthodontics.
Dr. Chong practiced two years of General Dentistry before she decided to specialize in Pediatric Dentistry. During those years, she realized that working with children gave her such gratification she decided to return to school for an additional two years of training at New York University College of Dentistry, Bellevue and Tisch Hospital. In her post-graduate program, she spent over 1000 hours in the areas of pediatric medicine and anesthesia. Her training has given her much experience in working with infants, medically compromised and developmentally delayed patients.
Dr. Chongs goal is to provide the best care in the most professional yet fun environment. She hopes her patients never develop a fear of the dentist. She is dedicated to having a trauma-free pediatric practice. In addition, she continues to upgrade her level of care by participating in continuing education courses. She is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, California Dental Association and Orange County Dental Society.
Dr. Maggie Trinh is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and completed her dental school training at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2006. Prior to that, she graduated with a B.S. degree in Biology and a minor degree in Psychology from UC Irvine. With a caring and compassionate nature, Dr. Maggie has always enjoyed being around kids and knew very early on that she wanted to have a career that involved children After the completion of her dental school from UCLA, Dr. Maggie completed an additional two-year dental specialty program in Pediatric Dentistry at the Lutheran Medical Center in New York.
She is currently a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the California Society of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the Orange County Women Dental Society.
