Great supporting staff and customer service. From the waiting room to the end of the evaluation, they make you feel relaxed. The MD did not fabricate any issues to make a quick buck. He just recommended a cleaning and sent me home. Highly recommend this office.

If I could leave less than a star I would. I had an appointment set up for 8 am on a Saturday. I arrived really nervous, just to find out there was no one inside the clinic. I double checked just to make sure I was in the right place and in the correct appointment date, and the confirmation email was telling me I was right. I couldn't believe it, no one arrived and I waited to see if even a receptionist showed up, but no one ever did. Google also showed the place was open, but the clinic was completely empty. Very unprofessional of them. I believe there was some sort of scheduling error, but a clinic of this modern age shouldn't have that, or at least be able to reschedule their patients. Do not schedule here its no worth it, save your time and your money. : (

Dr.Shahin was outstanding and very professional. He replaced my damaged veneers on my front teeth with crowns in a timely manner and worked with me and my insurance to help with the cost. Front office was very professional and worked around my schedule, great customer service.

I happen to find this dental office online. They were able to schedule me right away because I really had a bad toothache. They're open on the weekends, which is really nice since most people work during the week. The office is super clean and nice. The girls in the front are always welcoming right when you walk in. The dental assistant is amazing. Makes you feel comfortable the entire time there. The doctor is pretty nice and very understanding/honest about if something is needed to be worked on. I would totally recommend this place! Thank you!!

Don't even deserved a star. Terrible experience, Staff had attitude and they will do whatever it takes not to charge your dental insurance with out explaining all the details. They don't sent the itemized bill only the receipt. GO SOMEWHER ELSE!

Our son needed to have 4 wisdom teeth removed. After looking online, I decided to give this dental office a chance and we are glad we did!! Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy. They have convenient hours and the location worked for us. Johanna was so patient, understanding, informative, and kind in answering all my questions. She really is one of the main reasons I had confidence in continuing with their service. We really appreciate her contacting our insurance, working with us, and giving us a breakdown of what to expect. The surgery itself was smooth sailing and the follow-up appointment was an ease as well. The doctors were supportive and provide us with a great service. We truly appreciate how they support military families like us and provided us with a positive experience. I highly recommend!! Thank you so much!!

I highly recommend Dr. Shahin Sefarian to anyone with dental anxiety and fears. He is patient and kind and did amazing work. Knowing that the financial aspects was a huge concern he broke up the work I needed done in a time span where I could afford it. Don't neglect your gums take care of your teeth you only get one set!!!

I have held back on this review, but I must share my experience I had with this office. I had never been more uncomfortable and disrespected so much, this office takes unprofessionalism to a different level. The staff was rude, unorganized, and unprofessional. Everyone lacks communication skills all around. Everyone who works in this office should not work in a healthcare environment they were truly awful to me and I was more than nice and patient with them and their unprofessional behavior. Along with this the care I had received here was severely disappointing. I felt the doctor never took my concerns seriously and would brush off anything I brought up. They really make you feel like you are on their time rather than true patient care. I had appointments canceled on me without notice, and would get calls for reschedules either the day before, night before, even HOURS before my scheduled appointment. Which was super inconsiderate because I would most often take days off work for my appointments.They never cared to explain anything and would rush me in and out of the office.The type of attitude I had received here was so bad I left in the middle of my treatment, which I was then gaslit and told no one would take my case. They were wrong of course and am receiving great care from a real orthodontist. I went through the trouble of finding a new doctor and dealing with all the insurance headaches because I could not stand another moment of being disrespected in this office. I would HIGHLY advise anyone thinking about receiving care from this office to reconsider

I had my root canal done without any pain. It was performed by the Endodontist, and he is amazing. The only concern is don't know why I haven't receive any temporary crown. Have to eat with half/ incomplete teeth for couple months. Still waiting for the permanent crown!!!

There is a reason why Dr Safarian and his staff are averaging almost "5 stars" on every review/critique platform! QUICK, EFFICIENT, DECISIVE AND PROFESSIONAL! If I could give 0 stars I would! Do not go to this greedy, unprofessional practice! I went to the place to get my teeth deep cleaned. In the middle of my deep cleaning, the dentist said they were going to do a laser treatment for my gums. I was already in the chair with fingers and tools in my mouth. They explained what the treatment was while proceeding to do it. Afterwards I was expected to pay over $700 because the laser treatment wasn't covered by my insurance. No one at the greedy, unprofessional, and ghetto practice told me my insurance wasn't going to cover it. When I try to get explanations, the people that work there were rude and unprofessional. I visited the dentist again to inquire about my bill. I waited there for 30 min just to be told I have to send an email.I wish I never went here. If you like to waste money and get treated unprofessionally, this is the perfect place!

I only do this in extreme circumstances where I leave a completely negative review in hopes that this business changes their ways. Last year my wife mustered up the confidence to straighten her teeth and align her smile. After 8 months of wearing her braces, an appointment for removal was made. But when she arrived, the office was not prepared for her due to a lack of communication, so she waited three more hours before removal. This trend of miscommunication has continued with her retainer. She was told to stop by two separate times to pick up her retainer and both times they were not ready. We are going on three weeks without the retainer nor a solution. We have called at least five different times for more information with zero movement. If this is the only way for a business to recognize they are failing, then maybe they should reconsider continuing their practice. I'm available for questions or comments, just DM me.

Incredibly disappointed with the customer service of this dental office. We had a student have emergency dental care done here almost a year ago that was 100% covered by our insurance through reimbursement. It was a $7,000+ procedure that we have yet to be reimbursed for today. Every time I call the office, I'm either met with the answering machine (and never get called back) or the comment "Joanna covers billing and she's not in today" (she's apparently never in). If you can help it at all, do not go to this dental office if only to avoid potential customer services challenges that don't seem to ever get resolved. They have not shown that they care about their customers at all.

I really have nothing but great things to say about this place. When I moved to San Diego 10 years ago I bounced around to a few different dentist until I found Dr. Safarian. I loved the personal attention I received while there, and have always felt comfortable with my cleanings (and a few cavities I've had along the way).
