Dr. Schneider grew up in Arizona and earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona before earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Oregon Health and Science University. She has also trained with the American Academy for Facial Esthetics. Dr. Schneider received the Award for Leadership from the American Dental Association and is an active participant in many local dental organizations. She recognizes the importance of continuing dental education and is working towards her Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Schneider enjoys spending time with her family, running, traveling, working out, and volunteering in her spare time. Dr. Schneider has been married since 2015 and just welcomed a beautiful baby girl, Lily in November of 2019!
Dr. Austin Lundin grew up in Portland, Oregon and is a Tucson transplant. Dr. Lundin attended the University of Southern California earning undergraduate degrees in biology and public health as well as competing on the womens cross country and track teams. Dr. Lundin graduated from Oregon Health and Science University with honors and was practicing dentistry in Oregon before moving to Tucson with her fianc. Dr. Lundin is currently a member of the Arizona Dental Association, American Dental Association, the Southern Arizona Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. In her free time, Dr. Lundin enjoys running, backpacking, and spending time with her family.
Dental AssistantKassy graduated from Pima Community College in 2012. She is from Tuba City, AZ. Kassy is Navajo and loves sharing parts of her culture with everyone! She has been married to her husband, Jeff, since 2014 and they have 2 beautiful children together. In her spare time Kassy enjoys reading and the occasional nap! One day Kassy hopes to travel the world and experience all she can, considering she grew up on a reservation- everything feels new to her!
Dental AssistantSabrina graduated from Carrington College and is a proud Tucson native. She has a passion for coaching and playing youth basketball in her free time. Sabrina recently welcomed a new french bulldog puppy into her home and loves to spoil him with snuggles. A dream of hers is to visit Laos, to experience her ancestral home.
Registered Dental HygienistSara has lived here in Tucson her entire life and has no plan to leave! She attended Pima Community College and earned her degree in 2013. She has two handsome little boys, Koa and Korbyn and 3 cats Drake, Tiger and Pebbles. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and photography. She is a proud member of the American Dental Hygiene Association and is very involved in the local component. One day she hopes to be able to explore beautiful Ireland and see where her family originated from.
Registered Dental HygienistKristen graduated from the Pima Community College program in 2012. She was born and raised in Tucson and has never left, and never plans to as she loves the heat and all her family is here as well. Kristen and her husband, Matt, have been married since 2012 and have two amazing daughters. She enjoys staying active with her family and also hosting many BBQS with friends. She hopes to one day soon travel to Hawaii and other tropical locations!
Registered Dental HygienistJen has been in the dental field for over 16 years. She started her dental career as a dental assistant and earned her dental hygiene degree in 2010. Jen loves helping her patients feel comfortable and help educate them to understand their oral health. Jen and her husband love being outside hiking, biking barbecuing and traveling. Jen moved to Tucson from Nebraska in 2001 and loves calling Tucson home!
Treatment and Scheduling CoordinatorKelley is originally from New Mexico and has been in beautiful Tucson since 2009. She is the proud mom of 2 cats, Pumpkin and Ophelia, and one grumpy bearded dragon, Lizardo. She loves spending time with her husband seeing as many movies as they can. They are single-handedly keeping the AMC theaters open. She also is a voracious reader. She would love to one day visit Prague.
Executive AssistantAshley is originally from Austin, Texas and loves to travel back home for Longhorn football games and music festivals. She attended the University of Arizona where she studied journalism. Ashley is happy to curl up on the couch with her two little dogs and read comic books. One day Ashley hopes to travel to Japan and try all of the unique cuisine.
Billing and Insurance SpecialistSonia has been in the dental field for over 20 years! She is originally from Yuma, AZ and moved to Tucson in the summer of 2002. She has 1 cat named Ziggy who is pretty lazy. She enjoys watching Netflix and catching up on all her favorite shows, as well as enjoys the outdoors. One day she hopes to visit Europe and Vatican City.
Dental AssistantKaylee was born in Oklahoma but was raised in Florence, Arizona. In Tucson, Kaylee spends time hiking all of the amazing local trails with friends and family. She enjoys working out regularly at the gym and staying strong. Kaylee's family recently adopted a sweet shih tzu puppy named Hannah. You might meet Hannah when she spends time getting pets in our front office. Kaylee would love to travel around the Mediterranean, exploring the many islands.
Dental AssistantJeremiah is originally from North Carolina. He loves the outdoors and enjoys time camping, hiking and riding skateboards with his wife, Ariadne. Together they have seven dogs and a duck! Many of Jeremiah's pets are rescues, he has a passion for helping animals in need. Jeremiah is a big soccer fan. He plans to visit the Amazon for the ultimate nature experience.
(front office)Nealetti, or Nea for short hails from Opelousas, Louisiana. She loves to go home and visit her horse Buddy. In Nea's free time, you can often find her at the dog park with her handsome, all black miniature schnauzer, Polo. Nea also has a green thumb and cares for all of the plants in our office. When she is feeling creative Nea picks up a paint brush. Nea is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force; she enjoyed her time deployed in Dubai. One day Nea hopes to return to Dubai for a fun visit and she would love to experience Thailand.

Incredible environment for the following reasons. Personnel are respectful and kind. Both hygienist and dentist take time to explain the details of the procedure patiently. Furthermore, in contrary to many other medical facilities, all the equipment are up to date.

From the beginning they have always been super helpful and mindful of my needs and concerns. I've been able to change appointments based on what was a concern to me no problem. They always put me first and work with me. They went above in beyond in an emergency situation for me. The entire staff is always super friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking a primary dentist. No matter what your needs are they have always had a solution. Best dentist office I've been to - by far! The staff is incredible welcoming and kind! The hygienist (Jen) was amazing (and I usually loathe going to the dentist) as was my experience with Dr. Austin! I chose this location by chance as I'm newer to the area. So happy with my choice. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a dentist (and even anyone with a dentist already - you should switch NOW)! Thank you, team! See you for my next cleaning.

10/4/2022 Just completed my check up with Jen and Dr. Schneider. Continue to be so impressed with customer service and professionalism. They put me at easy very quickly. So glad to have found this dental group! I had been waiting for the perfect dentist who had professional staff. Dr V and Jen are amazing! Very knowledgeable and thorough. Best office staff! It is rare to find staff that are so friendly, professional and experienced in processing claims. From scheduling my appointment to assisting with claims- the staff are wonderful. I am so glad I have found Ironwood Dental!!

We love Ironwood dental as a whole family. There are 6 of us that come here and it has been 100% pleasant each time. They are gentle with the younger kids and very patient. My 6 year old loves going so much she pretends to have tooth pain so I will make her an appointment, the baby is 3 and though he was nervous at first they talked to him at his level and made it enjoyable and safe and he did amazing. I myself have had some work done in the last few months and have never had a great experience elsewhere but was completely comfortable here at Ironwood. Thank you for taking the fear out of dentist visits. I would 1000% refer anyone here.

Well, since you asked. Let me start by saying I have been a patient at this practice for a number of years. During that time there have been a number of dentists come and go. Luckily my hygenist, Sara is still there and she is terrific. However. This latest visit was really terrible. To begin with an assistant spent twenty minutes or so doing some sort of procedure that I have never had before and it was never actually explained to me. Some sort of "scan." Then, when Sara was done someone came in and started smearing stuff on my teeth. Apparently this was a new dentist and she was applying a fluoride treatment. She then announced I need two crowns and then left. I don't even know her name and she spent no time whatsoever examining me. As I left I was asked to sign up for the crowns at the cost of over $3,000.00. I am reconsidering returning to this practice.

Ironwood is an office full of wonderful people. Everyone is always so helpful. Veronica upfront is always great about giving you the best insurance information and treatment plans. She personally calls your insurance to get the best quote for you before or after treatment is recommended. She has really great customer service as well. Sabrina is my favorite she is a super caring and sweet assistant and works very hard to keep the office running smoothly! Kelley is always there to help with anything in back or upfront as well. I work for Dr Rider and would always recommend him for any of your dental needs (especially wisdom teeth ) Dr S is now the owner of the office and has transformed it into a beautiful updated space and she's ready for more patients!! Sally and Sara are both great hygienist and have cleaned my son's teeth who are 12 and 9 and are great with them! My boyfriend was just seen and had a great experience as well. Thank you ironwood for your greatness!!!!!!!!

I'm very happy to have found Ironwood Dental. Had my second visit this week and Sara did a great job cleaning; very thorough and not a rush job. If you're looking for a dental firm, don't hesitate to check out Ironwood. They're all great.
