I like this provider but is very busy. My kid's appointment was at 3 p. m, I was there 5 minutes before and I had no paperwork to fill out. But we waited 20 minutes. And then the lady who did the cleaning talked way too much and didn't focus on her work, I worried that she might overlook things. She kept talking about genders like girls should be girls and boys should be boys, Jurassic Park, and asking questions too many questions to my children when she should be doing the cleaning. could see the staff up front doesn't know much or is not careful to explain. Because the nurses inside asked me questions and I said No they didn't say that. The staff at the front is supposed to write on the follow-up date what is the follow up about, etc. Then the dentist came to check and explain things. Or is it an issue between them for not checking the next client info that they already have? We left at 5:30. We were so hungry when we left. It took so long for a cleaning. This should not happen again. Please space out your patient times well, is a problem for everyone. On top of that, the lady at the front desk got upset because I turned down her wanting to set me up with an orthodontist. Please lady be kind and don't appear upset at a parent. I mean they don't even say hello. If you are busy with someone, then quickly tell the next person waiting you will be with them in a moment, don't ignore them. Be more welcome to patients.

I was avoiding taking my son to the dentist because I was nervous how he would react. The dental assistant and dentist were so kind to my 2 year old and didn't pressure him into doing anything he didn't want to. A separate dental assistant even offered to help me take my children to the car (my hands were full). Love this place. I would even make an appointment for myself if they treated adults.

I have called a lot and no one answers the phone I just want to make my kids an appointment it's frustrating

I am so impressed by this place. This was my 7 year old daughter's first time getting work done and she was so scared! Ken and the staff did such a great job at calming her down and making her comfortable. I have found the perfect spot for daughter and can't wait to tell all of friends and family. I also leave in the community right behind them and will let everyone in Ironwood Crossing neighborhood know as well. This is the best place I have seen for children. Thank you Everyone and we will be seen you soon!

Dr. Tasker did an outstanding job with my 8 year old that initially refused to allow anyone in his mouth for a filling and sealants. He and his team are truly skilled in working with kids. They are patient, kind and approached my son in a way that he was willing to get it done. We won't be going anywhere else. I also witnessed Dr. Tasker work with a special needs toddler on one of our cleaning appointments and I knew we were at the right place.

First time with Ironwood and Dr Tasker! Great experience and my daughter said she doesn't want to go back to our old dentist anymore "because this place is so much better".

. The entire team at Ironwood Children's Dentistry is amazing . As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a warm and friendly front desk and the Dentist and Assistant were very informative and helpful to explain everything . Highly recommend Ironwood Children's Dentistry!

We were so pleased with this office! They were so friendly and absolutely went the extra mile to make my kids comfortable which included them taking X-rays of our elf on the shelf. I will be recommending them to everyone. So glad we found Ironwood Children's Dentistry!

Waiting was minimal, dentist was fabulous! Tech/Hygienist was sweet and kiddo friendly! Perfect check up!

Incredible staff. They made both my babies so comfortable and happy! It's scary going to the dentist for young children and the assistant even brought toys for my toddlers to play with! Considerate and super sweet staff. Always so helpful with toddlers and their high energy. All questions answered! Worth the drive! It was cool to get a tumbler and balloon after the appointment as well! They really took care of the kids!

We went for my daughter's (almost 3 year old) first dentist visit and it was a great experience! Everyone was friendly and my daughter loved it. They have movies to put on for the kids and did so well explaining what they were doing. Highly recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE! BILLING DEPARTMENT IS A MESS, WILL KEEP COMING AFTER YOU FOR MONEY YEARS LATER, HAVE TO CALL, REGIVE MY INSURANCE INFORMATION, AM TOLD I OWE NOTHING, THEN THEY TRY CONTACTING ME FOR MONEY ALL OVER AGAIN. MY DAUGHTER WAS SEEN ONE TIME ALMOST A YEAR AGO AND I AM BEING CONTACTED AGAIN! LEFT OFFICE WITH ZERO BALANCE INVOICE, GAVE INSURANCE CARD AND INFORMATION ON INTAKE SHEET, MONTHS LATER WAS TOLD IT WASN'T IN SYSTEM, GAVE AGAIN, AGAIN TOLD NOTHING OWED. WAS TOLD SHE WOULD MAKE A NOTE ON MY ACCOUNT. NOW THEY ARE CONTACTING ME AGAIN A YEAR LATER FOR SAME BILL. HOW MANY TIMES IS THIS OFFICE GOING TO PUT ME THROUGH THIS AND WASTE MY TIME?!

We love this place! This is the first dentist appointment that our kids didn't leave in tears! They were very nervous at first but left with smiles!! A wonderful experience by all.

This place makes dental appt feel so easy! All 3 of my kids were seen and taken care of so quick and orderly and they don't try to suggest more treatment than needed. From front office to the dr and everyone in between they are all so nice and professional. My kids love going there.
