First visit today.... Super Professional. Multiple issues to deal with, but fell very confident on plan that Iron City Staff laid out to correct dental problems. Every person in the office was very helpful. Check into their in-house yearly insurance. One of the best deals that I have found in dental care. 5 STARS!!! Chris M.

I was very pleased with the receptionist up front when I came in. The dental assistant that came out to get me was super friendly and was just running very which way to get what was needed. I was not happy with the dentist Dr Frese (spelling) . At first I was ok and then she tells me I have to see a periodontist (which I was ok with) . I asked if she would at least file the tooth a little so that they would both be even . Which she did and I thought it would be ok until I got to the periodontist. Well I leave and get in my car and look in the mirror and my tooth was so much shorter than the other after she filed it. I went back in and was very upset. The sweet receptionist went to see if she would try to make them both even but the dentist wanted me to see the periodontist before anything else was done. I just broke into tears because my daughter has a wedding in less than two weeks and I could not even smile with one tooth being so much shorter . The sweet receptionist told me to hold on a second and she came back and another sweet dental assistant tried to correct as much as she could on the tooth with it being in the front . It is a lot better than it was but the original tooth the dentist did was filed down way to short . I normally don't do bad reviews ever but the reason I am is because the dentist didn't want to take another 3 minutes to try and correct it but the receptionist and the other sweet assistant knew that it was very important to me and went out of there way to try and make me happy.

My family and I absolutely adore Dr. Frese, Lori and Jolene. You really couldn't ask for a better Dentist!!!! We drive an hour 1 way to see them and it's worth every minute of that drive!

Iron City is absolutely awesome ! I call Dr.Frese and Jolene my dynamic duo ! They are so courteous and professional ! Very clean and comfortable in the place ! The receptionists are awesome in making scheduling easy ! I give them all 5 stars plus 1 ! I refer iron city to everyone !

Would absolutely recommend Iron City Dentistry. I was a patient here long before it became Iron City Dentistry. And everyone here is Very Friendly, Very Professional. You always see a familiar and friendly face. To me that speaks volumes to always come in and see the same friendly faces. And as always, neat, clean very professional atmosphere. Thanks to all the wonderful ladies at Iron City Dentistry for always working hard to make all appointments calm and comfortable.

I was able to get a thorough dental evaluation and teeth cleaning the same day. Praise God for their 5 Star rating which is why I visited them!

I've been treated wonderfully by all of the staff at Iron City Dentistry. I'm grateful to have all of my questions answered and options explored for what will work best for me and my plans. I also really appreciate the mindful scheduling. Great work! So thankful!
