Dr. Binkowski graduated from Creighton University School of Dentistry in 2011, he received an extra year of training in the US Air Forces AEGD-1 program where he received advanced training in areas of IV sedation dentistry as well as oral surgery from several board certified specialists. After completion of his AEGD-1 he spent 3 years in Alaska providing comprehensive dental care to active duty troops at Eielson AFB near Fairbanks. In 2015 he transitioned from active duty to the Iowa Air National Guard in Des Moines. Since moving back to Iowa in 2015, he has completed numerous hours of continuing education in the areas of IV sedation anesthesia and hands on surgical courses. Recently he has been brought on as part time staff for Western Surgical and Sedation, an organization that helps teach general dentists how to provide safe IV sedation and wisdom teeth removal in their own offices. When not providing wisdom teeth removal services at Iowa Wisdom Teeth or its affiliates, he likes spending time with family, fishing and riding his Peloton.
Mindy Miller CRNA, the owner of Heartland Anesthesia & Consulting, has been a CRNA for 15 years. She has in-depth knowledge and experience with dental sedation as well as other types of office-based anesthesia. In her practice, she provides anesthesia services for offices and hospitals across this state. She has been working together with Dr Binkowski since 2017 to provide safe IV deep sedation in a dental setting.

Highly recommend Iowa Wisdom Teeth! We visited the West Des Moines location for my son to get 4 wisdom teeth extracted, and we had the best experience. All team members are very knowledgeable and were able to work around our busy schedule. The receptionist was so kind and Dr. B visited with us before the procedure to go through all the details.

Iowa wisdom teeth is absolutely fabulous! As someone who is very nervous to go to the dentist let me tell you that the whole staff was extremely helpful in helping to calm me down and explaining what was going on each step of the way. Would recommend!

My daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth plus 1 more pulled at the Des Moines location. The doctor was amazing and kept me in the loop with every step. The receptionist was amazing as well, thoroughly explained everything I needed to know for before and after surgery. She went above and beyond expectations! I would highly recommend!

Brought my daughter in to the Des Moines office on 73rd St. to get 4 wisdom teeth removed. The procedure went smooth, the doctor was very communicative, professional, and polite. The rest of the staff, from nurses to reception, were also on the ball with keeping us informed during the prep and removal. The total time was maybe an hour, but never felt rushed in any way. In fact, quite the opposite. My impression is that these are genuinely good people doing genuinely good work.

Iowa Wisdom Teeth I'm WDM was the best experience I could've hoped for with getting my wisdom teeth out. I was getting all 4 out and was a bit nervous about the whole thing and how the recovery would go, but it couldn't have gone any smoother. They make sure to give you clear instructions and do everything they can to prevent any sort of infection and anything going wrong. I had no problems and no pain recovering. The surgery went so smoothly, too. They are truly the best!

I would highly recommend Iowa Wisdom Teeth to get your children's wisdom teeth out. Ranee was very nice, answered all of my questions, went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything from the insurance coverage to getting my son's teeth removed. The doctor also explained the procedure well and made us feel comfortable also. Everything went very well and as was explained to us. I will be taking my other two children there as well.

I went in today for 4 the to be extracted. I need you understand that I have an extreme fear of the dentist. For days before surgery I had so many questions and fears. Rainy answered everyone of them and never made me feel like I was bothering her. Today when I went in, everyone was so sweet and professional. The office is super clean. I'm on day 2 and I feel just fine. If I could have given them 6 stars I absolutely would have

I had a great experience with North Iowa Wisdom and would recommend it to others! They are very helpful in answering all the questions you may have and the surgery was quick. Dr is very friendly and reassuring if you are nervous in any way! Overall great experience!

Had a very easy time scheduling an appointment for wisdom teeth extractions. Procedure was super fast and easy. The staff were extremely friendly. Definitely would choose to go here again for any dental procedures!

I am giving this amazing clinic a 5+ star review because from the beginning Rainey made me top priority due to my pain and did everything she could to get me in to see Dr.She explained everything thoroughly and assured me I would be taken care of and comfortable as well.I am a super anxious client and not all offices make you feel comfortable and each and every person who helped during my procedure yesterday made me feel validated and comfortable.I am all about great bed side manner and all the team members did there part and I'm beyond greatful.I also would like to give a shout out to Dr B and the anesthesiologist Brian for accommodating to my health needs and doing great with my sutures.today is day 2 and I have very little pain and feel great so thank you for going above and beyond for me.they are a clinic I would recommend for anybody who struggles with anxiety especially when it comes to the dentist

First off, I'd like to say whoever is scared (like I was) to get your wisdom teeth out don't be. From start to finish I can not complain. I got my wisdom teeth out about 3 weeks ago and I can not complain. From the front desk workers to the Doctors. Best service. Shout out to the front desk lady though. She really made me feel at ease and answered any and every question I had. Thank You!

Iowa Wisdom Teeth was great! I had been trying to months to get into another place to take care of my teeth that were causing repeating infections. One call to Iowa Wisdom Teeth and they were able to get me in within like 2 weeks when they were in North Liberty next. Great and clean office space very friendly every time I called. Very helpful during all of my encounters with them. Will definitely be recommending them to others!

As someone who is new to the area and doesn't have dental insurance, I was scrambling to find a place that could extract my wisdom teeth for a price that I could handle while also providing quality service. Their website had all the information that I was looking for, so I decided to give them a call. From the first time I called, it was clear that this would be the place to go. Ranee clearly explained the details of my payment options, the consultation, and what would happen on the day of surgery. I was also able to call and get questions answered multiple times leading up to the surgery. Once I was at the office, the consultation and the x-rays were quick and easy. The surgery itself was quick and went smoothly. Everyone made it easy for me to relax and be comfortable. I had a great experience, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

The office looks very nice and modern. The staff was great! As they calmed my nerves, answered my questions, and just made me feel as I was in a safe place. Especially hearing that both the anthologist and dr have been doing this for 10 years. Everyone was very nice to me. Pushed me out in a wheel chair and everything! Only complaints are I didn't get an ice pack for the way home, and didn't get much gauze either. Although other friends that have gotten there's done didn't have a ton of gauze (at other place) and I am not sure how important sending someone with an ice pack is. Overall would recommend this place to a friend!
