The front desk receptionist and the dental hygienist were great to work with however, I did not like the dentist. My previous dentist said to watch out for one of my molars as it looked like a cavity was formed and this dentist stated my teeth are fine. She is also very rushed and last time, I had to ask the dental hygienist how my teeth were after the x-ray because the dentist did not care to give me any details. The dental hygienist proceeded to go look for the dentist, came back, and said that the dentist said "they're fine." The dentist seems to be jumping from patient to patient as if we are just daily checklist tasks rather than humans she should be interacting with. Not pleased.

I haven't been in there yet, but based on my experience with the receptionist and looking at the reviews, I'm looking for another dentist. When I first called, I didn't have my Medicaid number handy and was getting it from my purse, but when I had it in my hand, I guess another call was coming in, she told me to call her back later, and hung up. I'm thinking, why couldn't she put me on hold? I didn't want to call back, but called back a couple days later. She almost did the same thing again when I was writing down the company email address to have my dental info transferred there. The receptionist is hasty and a bit rude, which makes me wonder if the dentist is the same way. I don't want to go there unfortunately :(

It was a good experience the first time I came there back at September of last year, and after going there again at March of this year, to do my appointment. It turned out that they were closed, so nope never going back there ever, it's time I find another dentist.

I moved here and needed a dentist. I chose this office and they are not very professional. Prior to moving here I had a great dentist who told me one of my molars had roots which were starting to disintegrate, it was common, so he said he would keep an eye on them. Dr. Baig had no idea what was wrong with the molar, she said "something was going on" and took a medical instrument and actually hit the tooth quite hard several times. She gave me the number of a dentist in Iowa City to see, an appointment which I did not make. They asked me to remove my glasses and then gave me an old pair of plastic sunglasses to wear which didn't fit. I have a partial, which they referred to as a "flipper". I was not seen by any dental hygienist nor did they clean my teeth, the dentist merely polished them when she was finished examining me. She was also rough. In all fairness, she at least was honest so she got an additional rating star for that, and said I had no cavities, which would seem to be true because I try to take care of my teeth. I wouldn't recommend them.

Got cavities filled. She was being absolutely awful to her assistant the whole time right over my face which gave me anxiety. It took over 2 hours in addition to the whole hour I had to sit in the waiting area when I was on time. She made me hold my mouth open for probably a whole hour and didn't use the suction thing so I laid there choking and now after I can hardly open my mouth cuz my jaw hurts so bad. I laid in that chair with tears running down my face not being able to ask her to stop so I can have a break. She must not have cared that I was crying cuz she didn't stop till she was done. I went home in an absolute panic attack and mental breakdown. I feel like I was treated like a practice dummy and not like a human. Absolutely torture and my worst nightmare. I should have read these other reviews first.

I visited this place in November 2021. They sent me to an oral surgeon to get two teeth removed. Had to wait 2 months for that appointment, he says they don't need pulled. Get a second opinion at A-1 Dental, they agree they do not need to be removed. Got a root canal on both teeth, would have lost them if I trusted this place. Do not recommend.

Worst dental place in the world. Had a filling fall out that they put in. I'm in pain they don't care. They are booked for a month. They are not clean. Dentist and secretary are super rude. If I could give a negative 100 stars I would

I don't have the proper words to describe how rude and unprofessional this practice is. The staff are impatient, tell you a time to come to an appointment and then change it but act like you are late, are rushed and disorganized. The dentist herself made comments to my client, acting as if he was some sort of subhuman just for having a disability. If you are able, at all costs, stay away from this business.

I was forced to come here about 8 years ago when I was on medicaid after my child was born. I had a terrible experience with having my back two molars (on both sides of my mouth) essentially drilled away between two teeth and having them filled. Only, they didn't get all of the decay, closed it in with said filling and I had to have them removed and redone with more damage done. Now I'm back on medicaid and forced to choose between two less than 3 star dentists. I'm terrified to come back so I won't. I'd rather pay out of pocket for a good cleaning than be told I have cavities - only for them to seal them IN vs taking care of it properly. I thought I would share my experience to prevent other people from having a bad experience that turns into an even more debt-inducing issue later on down the road after realizing once again people have to choose between sub-par and inferior dental care when on medicaid.

Bottom line: Dr. Baig is so kind, gentle and accommodating. Besides that, she really seems to know what she's doing. She answered all my questions and didn't seem not the least bit bothered by me asking. I'll be honest, I had few doubts after reading some of the negative reviews here, but since they were mostly about the receptionist I decided to give it a go. The first "new-patient" visit was nothing special except that they did manage to get me in last minute in December right before the busy holiday season--I was having tooth pain/sensitivity. At that visit they did a check-up and scheduled me for early January. I had a few cavities filled and a cleaning afterwards, and not being someone who frequents the dentist very often (maybe every 5 years or so...I'm working on improving this), it had the potential of being stressful. However, it was far from that. Dr. Baig's manner put me at ease. I especially appreciated how kindly she treats her staff. While the facility may not be the best-of-the-best, I think the staff are and will be going back there for my next visit in six months.

What I have to say is not good service. One star is appropriate for this place.

Zero stars! Terrible experience they let my mouth bleed they never let me rinse, after I got out from their building right away I threw up. They were in a hurry like someone was running after them. The receptionist on the phone call assumed and made fun of how I don't know my ssn. Very terrible experience it's not ok!
