My wife called before setting foot in the office to ask if they accepted our insurance, office worker said yes. After the visit, turns out they were not in-network for our provider and we were stuck with the full balance. Requested from the doctor to accept only the allowed amount, as the office worker should have told me wife that they accept the insurance, but they were not in network. Leaving out those last 6 words is very expensive for us.

Our family started as patients with Inwood Dentistry in early 2022 and I can't say enough good things! The staff is excellent and the pricing is reasonable and transparent (if your insurance doesn't cover certain procedures or recommended treatment). Special shout-out to Maggie (our hygienist), she makes us feel at home and we always have such a great experience with her. Keep her on forever!! :)

The worst yet. I went for an extraction. They gave me a quote based supposedly according to my insurance. That quote had nothing to do with what I went there for. I sat on the dental chair and they gave me a paper to sign. After that they cleaned my teeth and filled 2 of them ( which is not what I asked for). I don't think we can call that an extraction. I paid the copay. After about a month they sent me a $167 bill. I asked them what that was for, they responded that it was just an estimate. I will never go there because what they did was a scam. I still have the tooth that was supposed to be exracted.

Today was mine and my daughters first visit here. Both the hygienist and the dentist were amazing. Very friendly associates and a clean building. Were very welcoming. This is a dentist we have have been looking for.

Not every experience is a good one here. DO NOT give these people any social over the phone or in person you MIGHT be treated unfair and stopped at the front and made to pay before you leave. I had cash and credit payments. And mysteriously the "cash" ones are not recorded and they can't "find" it. I was going through a terrible medical emergency prior to my first visit and this office really made me feel like I was not going to pay and treated me like I didn't have insurance when I do. I now have a larger bill being sent to me because they can't help me and I was being cut off on the phone by Bethany and had to hang up. I've called numerous times to have this resolved. BEWARE!!!!!!!

Dr. Miller is phenomenal! Very professional and truly cares about his patients well-being! Cannot recommend him enough! If you're in the Martinsburg area, Inwood Dentistry is your BEST option.

Had my first visit to this office recently and was very impressed! Everything was clean and well spaced out. My appointment started right on time. Dr. Miller and his whole staff were friendly and professional from start to finish! Highly recommend this clinic!

Very unprofessional. Only dentist I've been to that tried to choke me with my own tongue, didn't explain anything he was doing and seemed to not want to be there. VA medical center are leaps and bounds better than Dr Miller and that's terrible.

I have been going to Dr. Miller's s office for almost 3 years. He and his staff are always kind and considerate. They have always eased my fear during dental procedures. My dental hygienist, Maggie, is excellent! Always a joy! I moved out of the area and now drive an hour to their office. I won't go anywhere else.

Very friendly & professional. Searched for a dental office for days because I needed a wisdom tooth removed that was causing jaw pains. My dentist couldn't get me in for another month. This office is very fast and efficient . I'll probably switch & stay here.

Just had an extraction done by Dr. Miller today. From the moment I arrived til I left everyone was great. Dr. Miller took his time, made sure I was comfortable and updated me through the process as to what he was doing. Extremely great experience and I recommend everyone to see him. Thank you so much.

I always have a great experience here. I'm never made to wait more than a few minutes. The staff are professional from the front desk through to Dr. Miller. The dental hygienist does a thorough job of cleaning and always explains everything before proceeding. I feel as though I'm getting honest advice about my dental health and what care and procedures are necessary. It's a very welcoming atmosphere, which is important for people like me who don't like going to the dentist!

Went here for the first time today for emergency extraction. Dr. Miller and his team made me feel very comfortable. I was nervous. I don't like the numbing part but because Dr. Miller was so calm and professionally down to earth it was so much easier than I predicted it would be. Everyone was so nice and kind. Thanks so much to everyone there for helping me..

The entire office is so welcoming with every visit. Dr. Miller and Maggie are great with my children. They're quick and attentive to our needs and advice. My family couldn't ask for more in dental care. Also, bonus points for motivating my children to be excited for their appointments!

My kids and I enjoy visits to the dentist because of the staff at Inwood Dentistry. They are always smiling, singing, and joking around which makes for an overall pleasant experience. My youngest was nervous but has overcome her fear thanks to their patience and understanding. I highly recommend!

I've never been a fan of going to the dentist, but Dr. Harwell and her staff made me feel at ease. I was made to feel comfortable, everything was explained, and the doctor didn't seem to be rushing me out the door like other places. Thank you for the great visit, can't wait for the next!
