As a new patient, signing up was incredibly easy. The front desk team was incredibly friendly and informed me of what was and wasn't covered under my insurance. If a service wasn't covered, they told me the cost and I was able to make my decision to proceed or not. I was pleasantly surprised that the team did my cleaning on the first appointment. Paula was so friendly and instilled a confidence in me as a patient that I was going to get taken care of. I found my new dental office. Thank you to the team!

This dentist office is very thorough. When I first came in everyone was very nice and very personable. I need some work done and they informed me about when insurance only covers a certain amount per year. So I had to make sure to make an appointment for next year aka next month. They joked around and made me feel comfortable. They even made my kids excited to see the dentist. I've been to other places where it's not that good and more expensive. Overall a great place to go.

I have been a patient at this location since Dr. Egged was still here. I really like his establishment and staff. When ownership changed, I stayed on to test it out. My first visit with Paula was average. There was more talking than there was attention to cleaning. I asked for a new hygienist on my follow up as I didn't want to write them off right away. Today's cleaning with Mercy started out normal and she advised I should get a sealant for my molars. She said it is quick and easy. I said please do what you all recommend. The sealant process was neither quick or easy. She over filled to where I couldn't bite down. Then there was sealant in between the molars where floss count not pass through. Mercy kept saying it's normal and it will erode in the next couple of days. I said this does not look normal. She eventually had to call Dr. Olga over to help with the flossing blockage. I brought it up to Dr. Olga again about the excessive sealant and I've never experienced a seal looking like this. Dr. Olga then move me to another room to fix the sealant so I can bite down normally while training Mercy. Dr. Olga needs to train her hygienists a different way and not via mistakes made on patients. My appointment was at 1pm and I didn't leave until 3:45pm. This is not a things happens sort of case. You need to train and organize your staff better. I will certainly not come back and do not recommend this place at all. They have a wall by reception of 5star reviews they received. I am sure mine will not make it on that wall. It is a hassle to change doctors so doing so is never a desire patients do by choice.

I went for my quarterly cleaning. Amber used an ultrasound technique which was very comfortable, not so much scraping! Then I had a filling. I recommend this office quite often.

I had been going to Dr. Eggers for over 20 years and was somewhat skeptical after the change over, but Inviting Smiles has delivered great care with a friendly and helpful staff.
