Dr. Mojgan Shokri provides a thorough and customized approach to dental care for her patients throughout Los Angeles at her practice, Mega Bite Dental in Woodland Hills, California. With an intense focus on preventative care, Dr. Shokri helps her patients to improve and protect their dental health with a range of services including, but not limited to, cosmetic and general dentistry, preventative periodontal treatments, soft tissue laser dentistry, 3D scans and imaging, sleep apnea treatment, TMJ treatment, Chao's Pinhole Rejuvenation Technique (pinhole surgery) and orthodontics, including Invisalign treatment.
Dr. Shokri completed her dental degree at Northwestern University Dental School in Chicago and offers over 20 years of dental experience. Before earning her dental degree, Dr. Shokri graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in biomedical engineering and a master's degree in pharmaceutics. In her graduating class, Dr. Shokri was awarded the Quintessence Award in Dentistry (award of excellence). Her patients, as a result, benefit greatly from many aspects of her expertise.
Despite her vast number of certifications, Dr. Shokri chooses to further her education frequently to better tend to her patient's needs. With her strong focus on preventative care, Dr. Shokri's goal is to help her patients maintain a clean and healthy mouth. Dr. Shokri's soft touch makes every procedure virtually painless due to her extensive knowledge of human anatomy and dental technology. On a personal note, Dr. Shokri has a profound interest in self-improvement in both physiological and emotional well-being. Aside from doing yoga, she enjoys utilizing her leisure time reading self-improvement books. Whenever the opportunity presents itself, Dr. Shokri dedicates as much of her personal time as she can in supporting children's charities that promote better care for children in regards to schools and healthcare. I always thought Invisalign was for cosmetic treatment and when Dr. Shokri recommend it for my TMJ Problem I was quite impressed. I've had Jaw pain with a constant crackling sounds in my ears for years. I've had limited motion with almost a constant soreness in my jaw. Thanks to Dr. Shokri and her treatment of my jaw issues. I am finally pain free and have normal jaw function. Dr. Shokri and her staff ROCK! And two thumbs up to Invisalign..

I checked out many Orthodontists and dentists in the area before going here. So glad I did. Staff was exceptional and was very detailed in my correction and what to expect from Invisalign. First, all the gaps in my front teeth are now fixed. My overbite has also been corrected which affected the overall profile of my face in such a positive way. I could go on but wanted to let this office know they really hit it out of the park on fixing my smile. I will recommend them to anyone who askes.

Love love loved it! I'm so glad I chose to do Invisalign, let alone with Invisalign of Woodland Hills. The process was super easy and quick. They even showed me what my teeth could potentially look like after I'm done with my treatment which was really cool. So glad we don't have to do those nasty gooey impressions anymore and everything is digital now.

I like that I don't have to come into the office every few weeks like you'd have to with braces. It's not painful nor uncomfortable at all. Very easy to maintain. I would recommend this to anyone considering orthodontics.

I would very much like to express my satisfaction with Dr Shokri and her team in guiding me through my journey with invisaline. I was having major pain in my jaw and neck and although my teeth appeared straight, they had shifted with age. Dr Shokri noticed this right away and suggested we shift them back gently using invisaline. I'm still in the process of getting them back to their original position, but can say that the pain in my neck and jaw as well as the headaches are gone! Thank you all so so much!
