My entire career I have wanted to be the very best dentist possible. I invest a lot of time and money in my continuing education attending the top dentist courses and academies across the nation. My initial focus was cosmetic dentistry, and I learned everything under the sun to become the best cosmetic dentist. I continue to take these courses so that I can provide the very best in cosmetic dentistry for my patients. Between the courses, the studying, and over 15 years of experience, I have become an expert in the field of cosmetic dentistry.
I constantly study and take courses in general dentistry, and the emerging science and technology that allow me to deliver the very latest and best general dentistry. My passion for total health began about 11 years ago, when I attended a long weekend of courses on the oral-systemic link (the integral role your mouth plays in your total health). This course truly changed my life because I could make a positive difference in the total health of my patients. Inspired by the science, I became a founder of the American Academy for Oral Systemic Health, an organization of health care leaders who teach and educate practitioners and teams on the relationship between oral health and whole body health. This pursuit of total health led me to become a Bale-Doneen certified provider in heart-attack and stroke prevention. Total wellness dentistry courses continue at the forefront of my education schedule.

Dr. Susan Estep presents a distinguished list of scholastic achievements in her field, beginning with the very prestigious honor of Fellow to the Academy of Comprehensive Esthetics (ACE) The Academy has an extensive, rigorous process to evaluate dentistswho are committed to advanced learning, attention to detail and clinical excellence. To earn the accreditation of Fellow, Dr. Estep had to pass an extremely thorough exam and present her own cases in cosmetic dentistry and general dentistry to a panel of strict examiners.
In 2011, Dr. Susan Estep achieved the award of Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD). To earn a Fellowship award, a dentist must complete at least 500 continuing dental education hours, pass a rigorous and comprehensive exam, and maintain AGD membership for three continuous years.
In 2010, Dr. Estep helped found the American Academy for Oral Systemic Health (AAOSH), a group of healthcare providers dedicated to expanding awareness of the relationship between oral health and whole body health. AAOSH memberscome from all healthcare disciplines and include the nations healthcare leaders. Dr. Susan Estep sits on the Executive Board for AAOSH and chaired its inaugural scientific session in 2010. Since 2010, Dr. Estep has remained an active board member, passionate to educate dentists and teams in oral systemic health.
As dentistry is an ever-changing field, her education did not end there. She recentlycompletedthe MaxiCourse at The Dental College of Georgiain Augusta; requiring over 300 hours of expanded training and passed the written exam for placing and restoring dental implants. Dr. Green feels it is criticalto participate in a variety of continued education topics as being well versed on new procedures allows her to provide the best service possible to her patients.
Dr. Green specializes in the restorative aspectsof dentistry, including: composite restorations, inlays, onlays, crowns, placing and restoring implants. She also has extensive training and experience in root canal therapy.
With a background in both nutrition and dentistry, Dr. Green likes to highlight the importance of the mouths role in whole body health. Whether the dentist office is your favorite or least favorite place to be, Dr. Green enjoys working with all patients to reach a state of good oral health and keeping them there.
Dr. Trent Collett started his dental education at the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University. Following graduation, Dr. Collett was selected to continue his training in the General Practice Residency at the Dental College of Georgia. In his two years of Residency, he trained extensively in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, and a variety of surgical procedures including dental implants, IV sedation, removal of wisdom teeth.
Dr. Collett attended the University of Georgia, where he graduated from the Honors Program and double majored in Biology and Psychology. He grew up in the Atlanta area and graduated from Wesleyan School.
Dr. Colletts goal is to provide a warm, caring, and personalized experience for every patient. Dr. Colletts wife, Amara, is also a dentist in Atlanta. On the weekend, they enjoy walks with their dog Kirby, attending Georgia football games, and spending time with friends and family.
