The lady who answered the phone is extremely rude she kept cutting me off everytime I asked or said something never going here they need to hire someone who knows how to speak to people.

Worst dental experience I've EVER had! One year ago I gave this office a raving review. "We had such a great experience! With 5 kids, trips to the dentist can be time consuming and stressful. The staff made us feel welcome and were so accommodating. The doc was a lot of fun and SO patient with us. I'm so glad we found this place!" Today, I have never felt more shamed and like my entire visit was a big interrogation. The old doctor moved away and we saw the "Saturday" doctor who has apparently been here a while. This was our first time meeting him and I will never be returning. The visit (which I made because my 6 year old has been having a lot of pain) consisted entirely of him chastising me over everything. Why did we miss appointments? (There was a pandemic, we live an hour away, we moved, we got a foster son, life...), why don't we see someone closer (there is none that accept our insurance closer), why haven't we seen a pediatric dentist (see previous reason), why are her teeth so bad, do I watch her brush, why don't I watch her brush, why don't I brush for her, etc. You get the idea. When I told him I missed some appointments due to the drive, he asked me how long it takes us to her there. When I replied an hour he PULLED MY DRIVERS LICENSE UP on the computer as if I was lying to him. Then he did nothing more than look in my daughter's mouth and tell the tech "I guess" on what they should do. We clearly were nothing more than an inconvenience to him. I made this appointment for help with my daughter being in pain, not to be made to feel like I'm a bad mother. I will NEVER be returning to this office. And I recommend unless you're life and teeth are perfect, stay away.

Horrible! Unclear and poor service. I would not ever return nor would I recommend. Wait is always extended past appointment time, staff takes family before clients and was advised incorrectly. Unfortunately waste of time.

Great place to go for your dental needs. The wonderful caring staff at International Dental really helps for people like myself that have a hard time even walking in the door. Thank You !! for a job well done !!

This has to be one of the best dental offices I have been in. From the receptionist to the doctor, they were very welcoming and made the process of removing my wisdom tooth a lot less painful. Thank you for the excellent service and welcoming treatment. Big shout out to Dr.Kurdi for the excellent work.

I drove my son 3 hours to come here and I'm glad I did and would do it again. Both dentists that worked on my sons teeth along with the staff were awesome! So grateful they found some cavities that his primary dentist somehow missed?!.The office is very clean.Thank you to everyone at International dental joliet for all that you did for us today!

So I tend to avoid the dentist like the plague (can we still use that lingo during covid?) due to previous experiences that were not so good. However, the dentist here was terrific and the hygienists are equally great. This was the first time in my life I was actually numbed to the point I felt nothing. I didn't feel the shot, I didn't feel the filling, it was great. So if you want to see a doctor that knows what he's doing, come here.

It was the best and thet most comfortable experiexpe I had ever have in a dentist office. So, thank you very much Dr. Israa and the rest of the staff who were very friendly. They were able to diagnose my teeth complicated problems , explained all options for intervention, and treated them in a very smooth way. The good thing is to receive me as awlk in patient with out an appointment .I waited only few minutes, then they called me in!!.
