This place is commiting barrier to benefits fraud. If you support this place you're supporting them making profits on falsified claims. My daughter has yet to see a dentist because they used her information here. I'm in the middle of disputing grievance and reported fraud to the health department as well as meridian. Please report fraud through the abe.illinois.gov website as the fraud number for 1844ILFRAUD routes to a bank. Let's put these guys in their place! No one should be using insurance other than the actual qualifying patient. They said in November they have the record that she was seen and that it was the same name and birthday. However now they claim they have no record seeing anyone by that name ever. Insurance is stating that they need to recoup the benefits from international dental prior to seeing my daughter. She is now over 6 months overdue for her first exam due to their criminal activity. They should have felony charges. If it's happened to me it's happening to someone else. Report fraud to appropriate authority and if on a state insurance escalate to your congressmen. I WILL NOT SURRENDER!

Every time I go in there they the front desk claims I need more work then what was agreed upon. Such yesterday they saying I need 2 calivesies to be filled plus the crown. Not true one time it was 2 crowns. They seem to rip people off/ insurance the attorney general office should look at them.

The worst. Went in for a cleaning and ortho. After my ortho consultation they were supposed to contact my insurance to see if I qualify for braces. They had told Me they would get back to me In 2 weeks and never did! I called and asked them why they didn't call and they told me nobody even submitted it to begin with so they will do it and call me back. I waited and again they didn't call me back and again I called them ! I asked them what's wrong and why it's taking so long and asked if it was submitted and again nobody ever submitted it! So the fourth time came around and I spoke with manager and they said they couldn't even find my file. This place is just irresponsible and really need to find better employees to work their front desk .

Dr. Israa Najjar was amazing. She did her job perfectly. I previously had concerns about the clinic management. But I feel they have been changed to the best. I drove all the way down from Chicago to this clinic because I used to see a dentist here. Again Dr. Najjar was a professional and know what to do to reduce pain. Ok I wish as a few others to give a zero. Went to my appointment to get checked for a crown. Dr. Looked at my tooth. While signing the cancellation no show policy. The receptionist checked and they do take my insurance. So after confirming that indeed needed a crown. Was told could take 2 weeks for my approval. Now mind you i already had my root canal done. They told me they would call me when the approval was received in their office. I called back in two weeks. Then was told could take up to 6-8 weeks! !??? What the.....? Ok. Was told they would contact me once the approval was received in their office. .. So at the 6 week mark. Waited a couple days then called. To only then be told that a doctor who does my insurance. Does not work there. !!!! What the .....? Why didn't you call me when you knew??? Oh so sorry was the receptionist reply !!! That doesn't help my situation. So told her you didn't call me so I could get the help I need. Plus you stated you would give me a call when the info was received in your office. So sorry came the reply again. What kind of place you are running? Do not get involved with this place. They don't know what they are doing... Again wish I could give a ZERO. VERY irritated ex patient.

I have been coming to ID for a few years now, and I give them 5 stars. Best experience yet with dentist. Very nice atmosphere and people. I recommend.
