I love Dr. Carbone and his staff...very caring, attentive, honest and gentle! I have always hated going to the dentist, but l don't feel that way going to Dr. Cabone! The entire staff is GREAT!

Dr Carbone and his entire staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and just very pleasant to work with. They took their time to explain to me what was going to be done and what my options were to my satisfaction. And I always ask a lot of questions so I can be somewhat tedious. Good job!

No Pain felt!!! I never felt any pain, I was completely numb! I had a root canal, with very curvy roots!

Everyone in this office clearly cares about what they do. I had my first of two appointments for a root canal retreatment this morning, and they all eased my anxiety. They explained to me what the plan of action was in a way that was easy for a simpleton with no dental knowledge (aka me) to understand. I also appreciated that they offered me a blanket, and as a germaphobe definitely appreciated the use of a dental dam during the procedure to keep everything clean (and to prevent me from swallowing anything gross, which is one of my biggest fears lol.) I'll be back in a few weeks to wrap up this retreatment and I can honestly say I will not be as anxious the second time around.

Wow! I'd give six starts if I could! I was SUPER scared going in for my first root canal. Like, a TON of anxiety. The staff was incredibly friendly, compassionate, nice, and patient. Anna at the front desk was super kind. Dr. Carbone was very warm and kind, too. And funny--made me laugh hard with a deadpan joke. And understanding about my anxiety. They did everything they could to make me comfortable and reduce my anxiety. They played the relaxing music that I like during the procedure. And in the end it did end up being almost completely painless. I won't be scared the next time if I have to get a root canal (well, maybe a little)--but I don't think I'd go anywhere other than Dr. Carbone. The tech was very good, too. Friendly, but also focused. I could tell that both Dr. Carbone and the tech were very serious about doing a good job. Six stars!!

I am pretty disappointed by my experience with this dental specialist. The staff and dentist are nice, however I feel they need help when it comes to the financial side of things. Before any services I asked for a transparent price for my procedure. When we were done, the price doubled. If took calling my insurance and them back and forth to find out why. It's not right to tell a customer one thing and then make them pay double after.

Exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Initially walked in super nervous as I was a new patient, but Tami welcomed me and explained the entire process. Root canal appointment with Dr.Carbone went smoothly and all my questions were answered. Not one moment did I feel uncomfortable. Intermountain Dental Specialists really sets the bar high.

Am so glad my doctor referred me here for my root canal treatment, Dr carbone is so professional and takes his time to explain to you every procedure, every step of the way. His work is great, and he is very gentle. I even fell asleep during a root canal treatment! The atmosphere in the office is very friendly, you can tell there is good working relationship and teamwork here right from the lady at the front desk, to the dental assistants. They made every effort to make me feel comfortable, with a blanket, massage chair, music of my choice... I had a very good experience here

Most wonderful, caring people ever! I could not have had a better experience. These guys are the best! They got me in in a pinch and they were so kind and caring and stayed in touch with me. They were up front about the cost too which is always nice. BEST 1st root canal experience ever. Highly recommend
