I'm very very uneasy and very skeptical about what is going on. I am blindsided and uneasy about how I'm being treated right now, I thought this office cared about me. My root canal was done, but there's a chance it might still be infected. After a phone call I made to the office, the receptionist referred me to a neurologist and an oral surgeon without even speaking with me or checking if their work was done right. I spent hundreds of dollars on a specialist, both specialists told me "yea you've been referred to the wrong place you need to insist on a follow up appointment and possibly just do another round of antibiotics." BOTH specialists, who had never met, told me this. So I called back intercoastal endo and insisted on a follow up appointment, something they probably should have done to begin with for professionalisms sake. They end up canceling on me 3 times, one of those times less than 24 hours before my appointment, it affected my job. I keep getting texts that the reason is because of sickness.....however....after they canceled on me the second time, I thought this feels rather odd. I looked up their reviews, and for the past 3 years the reviews are loaded with constant cancelations on everybody under a guise of "sickness." I feel very uneasy. I feel like I am being deceived and lied to. And in one of my first appointments ever, I wondered if Dr. Conard had been out partying the night before because he had that "after morning glow" if you catch my drift.....I think something isn't adding up, how often can this happen to dozens of people...I think this is really incredible, and I feel hurt and upset they're not taking my health seriously. And I'm not thinking that they're telling me and dozens of their other clients the truth.

Let's start with just walking through the door. 1. The front desk girl was SUPER helpful. Not only did she help me figure out my insurance situation but she also helped me find two dentist that could do my next procedure. 2. Taylor was the sweetest person I have ever met. She helped me in so many ways. Her kindness and customer service skills should never be overlooked. She held my hand throughout the first part of the procedure and made sure I was doing okay the entire time. She definitely puts her heart into her work & isn't just into it for the money which is important. 3. The procedure was in & out. He was super fast, and it didn't hurt not ONE bit. Thank you guys!

Dr. Conard and staff are extremely kind and professional. They were able to take care of me in a very timely manner. Would definitely recommend them to all.

This practice is fantastic. Dr. Conrad and entire staff couldn't have been any nicer. I am not a fan of the dentist but my root canal was easy. Megan was awesome and let me grab her hand. Highly recommend if a root canal is needed. Thank you.

I was referred by my dentist and made an appt. 5 weeks ago for a root canal A few days ago I received a text that said all appointments have been cancelled from this date forward. I texted back asking for a reschedule and got no reply. My service would have been cash and did not involve insurance. Have no idea why my appointment was cancelled. Guess the one star if for giving me an appointment.

When comes to me visiting a Dentist or Endodontist it's not high on my list. Unless my first, second are more visits if required prove to be one of the best experiences for me. Recently, I needed a root canal having a few performed before I was not looking forward to the procedure. However this was the best root canal procedure I ever received. Dr. Mark Conard is one of the most caring, professional, skillful endodontist. The staff are also just as caring, respectful as Dr. Conard. I ask please take your patient with you, although you are seem according to your appointment it may require a little wait sometime. My last visit required extra time to complete the procedure. So I employe you to just be patient because Dr. Conard goal is to solve problem not herd you in herd you. You are important to him and his staff.

Dr. Mark Conrad is very proficient along with Ms. Alecia 's quality and stellar service. Ms. Ireene(Greek): your cheerful smile, sweet and kind words soothe my dental suffering, although none felt during root canal procedure.

I had an appointment for my daughter. Called to confirm 2HOURS before and was informed that her appointment has been cancelled. The front desk told me that the doctor was "not even in the office". I received no notice of a change in scheduling. The front desk could not find my appointment and then asked what type of insurance does she have. When provided with the insurance was informed that the office no longer accepts that insurance due to state regulations so she wouldn't have been able to be seen even if the doctor was in the office. With a 10 year old in pain, and me requesting time off work for this appt. I asked to speak to the office manager. I expected the office to notify the patients when cancelling appts. The office manager was very rude. She answered the phone saying "Ma'am we are very sorry for the inconvenience" in a very bothered and annoyed tone. Stated the office did not get paid for the past 6 months for the insurance that my daughter has and that a text message was sent to everyone that has this insurance. I told her i did not receive any notice and asked for her name. The office manager then told me that their was no reason for her to provide her name because she didn't know my name and they were unable to help. I have never had an encounter with someone running a business that when you asked for their name they refused to provide that information. I believe it may have been God that prevented me from bringing my child here because with rude, inconsiderate staff, they cannot take care of me or my child. This occurred on 6/30/21 and would encourage other patients to PLEASE DO NOT LET THEM CARE FOR YOU OR YOUR CHILDREN. THIS OFFICE DOESNT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS. OFFICE MANAGER FINALLY TOLD ME HER NAME WHICH WAS JANET.

Dr. Conard did a retreat on a root canal for me. He focused on me, answered my questions , and did a great job. The flat screen during the procedure was playing a sea scene with calming music that was very soothing. I would highly recommend Dr. Conard. I have had several root canals by other endodontists and this experience was by far the best. His front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming also. Phillis Newman

I had an excellent experience with this practice. The office is clean and organized. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. Dr. Conard was very personable and thorough in his consult on my situation and answered all my questions clearly so I understood the course of action and the prognosis with and without treatment. I'll be returning to have the work done as he has earned my trust and if you go to this practice I'm confident he will earn yours as well.

I highly recommend Intercoastal Endo! I was referred to Dr. Conrad for a root canal. I've had a root canal in the past, so I was not looking forward to this one. One all-encompassing word I can use to describe Dr. Conrad is the word "meticulous." He was ultracareful, exacting, and thorough. He has a great personality, too! The icing on the cake was that his assistant and office staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating as well. Thank you, Dr. Conrad! I will be referring you to everyone.

Cons: - the front desk gives wrong information about prices. I was waiting for the appointment for a root canal for 5 weeks. During this time I've called them 3!! times to ask the price for root canal retreatment. Cause I don't like to get any money surprises after the visit. They said one price. But after the visit, they charged me $135 extra. Very disappointing. And no way to find who is right who is wrong now... - NO ONE tells you before the procedure that they put only a temporary filling for a MONTH and you need to go to your dentist for that. They give you the paper saying this only after the work is done. Which is another surprise for those who aren't familiar with all dental procedures. Another $1500 to spend..... - they took me inside just 1 hour after my appointment time Pros: - the root canal is done vast and very accurate. No pain, no complaints about the endodontist - the endodontist's assistant is so attentive and caring. Very professional

My Son Kiante' visit was great,he came here while in elementary school...today was his first day back since then. Dr. Conard and staff is excellent, very nice. The facility is beautiful and spotless. Awesome location as well.

definetly recommend intercoastal endo. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out the whole staff was very nice and professional. I suffer badly from anxiety and the whole office staff was very patient with me and made my visit go very smoothly.. Did not feel rushed at all. And I cant believe how I barely felt any pain or discomfort. Dr Conrad and Staff you all rock.. thank you so much.

Although it's approaching a year, I want to say that Dr. Conard was great and took time to understand my needs and concerns. He made getting a root canal much less stressful.

Dr Conrad and his staff are very personable and highly competent. I felt extremely comfortable and would highly recommend Intercoastal Endo! They are definitely COVID19 compliant!
