Dr. Jeremy Segrist was born and raised in Alliance, Nebraska. After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of NebraskaLincoln, he went on to earn his DDS degree from the UNL College of Dentistry. Dr. Segrist and his family moved to the Omaha area in 2004. Having grown up in a small town himself, he has a great appreciation for living in Elkhorn and taking care of his community.
Dr. Segrist enjoys all aspects of dentistry, from routine check-ups to dentures. He stays up-to-date on the latest advancements in dental treatments and technology by attending numerous CE courses and seminars each year. His extensive CE training in occlusion (how teeth fit together) allows him to provide more conservative care. He received the Benton Kutler Dental Provider of the Year Award in 2004 for providing charitable dentistry to patients in need through the Hope Medical Outreach program. Dr. Segrist has been named a Shining Star several times for his continued efforts with the program. He is a member of the Western Douglas County Chamber of Commerce, and he is a founding member of Opt-In Dental Advantage, a program dedicated to advocating for positive doctor-patient relationships.
Dr. Segrist has three children: daughter Jaylee, who is 16, daughter Lauren, age 5, and son Blake, age 3. When hes not in the office, Dr. Segrist enjoys being outdoors, whether hes golfing, fishing, hunting, camping, or playing tennis.
Darlene graduated from Iowa Western Community College in 1983 and has been in the dental profession ever since. As office manager she enjoys working with the patients and making sure they understand their insurance plans and financial obligations. She takes great pleasure in working with Dr Segrist and looks forward to helping patients and growing the practice.
Shaini graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry in 1995 and has been with Integrity Family Dentistry for three years. Having grown up in a small community, she appreciates the hometown feel of Elkhorn and the dental practice. She enjoys building trust and relationships with our patients and their families.
Lindsey was born and raised in Omaha. She has graduated from Iowa Western CC with an Associates and from UNO with a Bachelors degree. She enjoys building personal relationships with her patients that are centered around educating and motivating them to an optimum state of oral health.

Best dental place I have been too. Friendly and no pain! Right before the Covid shut everything down my tooth cracked. I had called several places even my original dentist shut me out and wouldn't not fix it because they were to busy before being shut down. Integrity Family Dentisty squeezed me in even though I was not a regular patient. I appreciated it so much and tooth pain is the worst!

I am a former dental assistant, Dr. Segrist is a great dentist. The hygienist, Emily is gentle and does a fabulous job. This dental office is very good, and I recommend my friends and family.

My family has been going to Dr. Segrist for 6 years now, the experience is always great. The staff is very friendly and good with the kids. My kids love going to the dentist, no tears for this family. I reccomend them to everyone who is looking for a dentist.

Dr. Segrist is a good dentist, but dont ask questions about a bill or being billed twice for same work or staff gets very upset. just pay everything they bill you and you will be ok.

My family has been going to Dr. Segrist for 6 years now, the experience is always great. The staff is very friendly and good with the kids. My kids love going to the dentist, no tears for this family. I reccomend them to everyone who is looking for a dentist.

I have finally found a dental office in the Omaha area that I LOVE! Everyone from Darlene at the front desk, to the Hygienist's, to Dr. Segrist...they all exceeded my expectations! This will definitely be my family's dental office from this point on. Kudos!

This by far the best dental clinic in NE. I followed Dr.Segrist from his previous Dental office to the one he started "Integrity Family Dentistry". You will not be disappointed! The staff are great people and they all take great pride and care in their jobs and clients. Cannot say enough good things so just give them a try. Just had to add great with kids too

I love this place! My entire life I have disliked the dentist, I don't like people poking and prodding in my mouth or sticking needles in my mouth. This place is different, I have gotten my mouth numbed twice now and have never felt any pain from the needle being injected. The dentist never reprimands me for anything wrong and the nurses and receptionist are angels. I never want to go any place else.

Integrity Dentistry is what you get when you go to see Dr. Segrist and his team. Today was my first visit and they were awesome! When you first walk in Darlene up front is so friendly and she works hard calling your insurance to get your benefits so you know what you have to pay. Shaini the hygienist explained everything she was going to do before doing it which I appreciate. She did a great oral cancer screening which I don't think my old dental office did. Dr. Segrist is gentle and friendly. They all seem to actually care about you, your not just another number. Everything went great and although I have to go back to have some dental problems fixed I am happy it will be at an office I know will take great care of me and my needs.

Courteous staff and very impressive work by Dr Segrist and his assistants/hygienists. I used to have anxiety before my appointments, but not anymore. Also, I must mention that they fixed a damaged front tooth that had bothered me for years and it looks better than I ever thought possible.

Dr. Segrist and his team are incredible! This was the smoothest and most comfortable I have ever felt at the dentist. If people went here for their first time to the dentist, they would love coming back and have no fears.
