For adolescent patients, Dr. Bieneman believes in developing the jaws forward in the face. In most cases, forward facial growth leads to a stronger profile, optimized airway, healthier jaw joints and a broad smile that is complete to the corners of the mouth.
When it comes to adults, Dr. Bieneman is not only passionate about dental health, but also helping his patients achieve higher levels of overall wellness. He specializes in adult orthodontics, re-opening extraction spaces & reversing previous orthodontic outcomes. He is also passionate about treating TMJ problems, Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and other sleep related breathing disorders.
He uses a careful and thorough approach in helping patients understand their options so that they can make thoughtful decisions that are in their own best interest. Dr. Nathan prides himself on getting to know his patients on a personal level and his goal is to have them as valued members of the IDD family for life!

I love bringing my son for his appointments with Dr. Bieneman. Dr. Bieneman is always so caring and positive, and he goes out of his way to make us feel like we are cared for and treated as individual cases and not just another patient. I cannot recommend this office enough!

AVOID. Cannot seem to keep direct-care staff (i.e., hygienist and dentist), keep changing them. Lead dentist not responsive to written concerns. Last "checkup" new dentist was loud, abrupt and inadequate. AVOID.

It was my first time and I had full dental x-rays and a cleaning with Amanda. She was very kind and explained everything she was doing which was super helpful. Dr. G is also amazing and was very helpful interpreting x-rays. My teeth looked amazing after the cleaning, and it was one of the most comfortable cleanings I've had in awhile. I was so impressed. Will definitely be back for my 6 months visit!

We used them for a tongue tie revision on the recommendation of our midwife because they had no waitlist (it's now obvious to us why). We would NOT recommend them or use them again. They kept us waiting a half-hour past our appointment time with a screaming, hungry baby (an empty stomach is required for the procedure). Anesthetic was pushed on us against our wishes (we've had previous positive experiences without it). The doctor forced such a massive quantity of the topical ointment into his mouth that it was basically his first food (it was not a tiny bit on the end of a q-tip as one usually sees at the dentist). The whole thing was extremely upsetting to both my husband and me, and I wish we had taken our baby and run--or at least yelled at him to stop. Afterwards, baby was so numb that, although he was starving, he could not nurse, which made the whole experience that much worse. Adding insult to injury, they did not confirm anything with insurance beforehand; if we had waited just a mere TWO days more, insurance would have covered the whole thing. The follow-up was just a quick phone call, even though we warned them that the revision was unsuccessful (despite the exercises and craniosacral), and we wanted to come in or at least send them pictures and video, but they weren't interested, as "some reattachment is normal." We now need to have the tie re-cut, and unfortunately, he may be old enough to remember.

Dr. Bieneman is wonderful. He has done the tongue tie revisions on two of my kiddos now, and each time I have been struck by his bedside manner. He is calm, patient, and empathetic. He thoroughly explains what tongue ties are, how they impact the feeding process, what he looks for in assessing whether or not one is present, what the process of releasing the tongue tie is, and what the post-release exercises will look like. I highly recommend him.

After 18 years of problems, Dr. Bieneman is the first doctor to get to the root of the issue. My daughter cried she was so happy and exhausted to realize she has a solution in sight. Thank you! You all are amazing!

Dr B and the entire staff are simply THE BEST. I have a child w sensory processing disorder and she needs a lot of TLC and Dr B is always there with a hug and a smile and lots of tricks up his sleeve! I am beyond grateful for this team!

I recently went to another dentist to get my teeth cleaned. They said I needed a deep cleaning that I had a decaying tooth. The estimate was more than $4000 and $2200 out of pocket. I decided to get a second opinion and am so happy I did that. Dr. Bieneman was a referral from a co-worker. I had all my x-rays and pictures sent to the office. I was greeted by Yvonne. She was very nice and I had a seat in the waiting lounge. Kelly was my hygienist. She gave me a through examination. She informed me that I didn't need any of the work the prior dentist said I needed. She performed a very thorough cleaning and I did have a decaying tooth. It was stained from my past filling. They saved me well over $2100!!!! They even gave me some whitening for being a new life long client. I'm 58 years old and this was the best dental experience I have ever had. I would drive for hours to have work done at this location. Thank you to the entire staff.

My experience at Integrative Dental was nothing short of amazing! I am fairly new to Colorado, so finding the right dental office with wonderful staff was important to me. Today, I had full x-rays, teeth cleaning, by Kelly - hygienist, and an exam by Dr. Nathan Wecker. Kelly was incredible. She was so thorough and attentive to my needs, plus she has a beautiful singing voice (not to mention the massaging dental chair) and Dr. Wecker was as personable as could be with such a high level of expertise and professionalism.Thanks to the staff for making my first experience, well - OUTSTANDING!!!
