Dr. Jafari gave us a detailed and gentle consultation for our newborn with a lip/tongue tie. An incredibly competent and informative exam with the gentle touch of a seasoned mother... doesn't get much better than that for your babies. We have decided to take a wait and see approach for now, but if we need to do a release procedure in future, no question that she will be who we trust!!

AMAZING! We have gone to two pediatric ENTs and another peds dentist Who all told us that our 2 month olds tongue tie was too intense to be removed and that we would have to send her to the OR. She has severe Torticollus and plagiocephaly so our physical therapist said we really need to remove the tongue tie and we took her to Dr Jafari Who without hesitation removed her tongue tie, lip tie and buccal tie that was reattaching. She is a freaking rockstar and also provided personal attention for postop care!

Dr. Jafari is wonderful! She is so gentle and knowledgeable in her craft. My 8 day old had his procedure done today and made me feel at ease the entire time. Highly recommend!

Dr. Jafari is hands down the best. We saw an ENT who supposedly is the best for ties, who wanted to release our daughter's lip tie right then and there. He didn't catch her tongue tie either. Dr. Jafari was so gentle with our baby and took her time explaining everything to us. I've become a tongue/lip tie "expert" amongst my friend group after meeting Dr. Jafari the first time. She also would not conduct the procedure without us preparing for it by seeing an occupational therapist who helped prep our baby for it by doing the exercises and stretches that we would be doing post procedure. The day of the procedure Dr. Jafari demonstrated the exercises on our daughter that we would do, in order to prevent reattachment and recorded it for us so we wouldn't forget. After the procedure she explained how it went and that night called to check on our girl. She gave us her number so that we can call or text her directly (even through the weekend). She is knowledgeable, truly cares about her patients and is skilled at her craft. This was the best decision we made for our daughter and I am so happy I found Dr. Jafari.

I cannot recommend Dr. Jafari enough! We took our 4 week old baby in to see her for a re-evaluation of his previous tongue tie release done at a different practice. I knew he was in pain longer than he should be and his wound did not look like what I had expected. Before taking him in, I was so worried, upset, and anxious about whether or not he would be able to heal properly. After we left her office I felt so reassured, at peace and cared for. I knew my baby was in good hands. She was so attentive to our concerns, thorough in answering all of our questions, and patient with us trying to learn and understand the stretches and wound care that she recommended. She was gentle, loving and patient with our sweet baby boy and I am so so grateful we were able to see her. I wouldn't take my baby anywhere else going forward!

We were referred to Dr. Jafari by our lactation consultant after our 6-week old was determined to have a lip and tongue tie. Dr. Jafari was great with our daughter and found our daughter also had cheek buccals. She thoroughly explained the procedure to release the lip tie, tongue tie, and cheek buccals as well as the post-op exercises and stretches required to ensure proper healing. Before our visit, we were sent information about preparing our daughter for the procedure, should they move forward, and also advised as to our options for pain management including both medicine and natural options. Our follow-up appointment went smoothly and our daughter's mouth is healing well. I definitely recommend Dr. Jafari for lip tie, tongue tie, and buccal release.

Dr Jafari is absolutely wonderful! When we thought my 2.5 month old had a tongue tie but had been checked by the ped, ent and another ped dentist that said no. (She had already had a lip tie release at 6 days old.) She jumped right on having her evaluated by a wonderful OT that we started sessions with before the release. My daughter had several feeding compensations that needed / need to be retrained since she was a little older when this was all found. She got me in with OT immediately and two weeks later we had the release. My daughter has a little ways to go with OT but we are so thankful to Dr Jafari for opening the doorway (release) to oral function. She text me anytime I needed her , reached out to me the night of the release , the next morning and the next evening to check on us. She truly went above and beyond. When we had the release she took my daughter and brought her back to me in her arms which meant a lot to me. She's wonderful and I couldn't recommend anyone better. If your kid needs help.. Dr Jafari is the one!

Dr. Jafari was so knowledgeable and attentive. This has been a long road and the first time I've found someone who really listens. I was nervous about the tongue-tie release but she made me comfortable during the procedure. It truly wasn't as bad a I bad worked it up to be in my mind. And as things have healed, I have noticed improvements to my chronic neck and shoulder pain WITHOUT having to take medications constantly.
